Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, bed was comfy.

The bedding and towels had blood stains on them. It was clear that the blankets had not been washed.

This was a very nice property but a bit difficult to find. The staff was very nice and quite helpful. The breakfast was great and the extended hours on were great. There were two downsides. First, Housekeeping did not even empty the trash while I was there. They also had squeaky door hinges on the door to the hall on the third floor, The hotel seems to be a bit short-handed. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

room smelled like a wet dog and there were remains of dead beetles or crickets ground into the carpet.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable here during our 3 night stay in Laramie.

The employees were helpful, small grab and go breakfast bar, room was clean and smelled nice.

Our bathroom toilet was broken during the night could not use it we had to do flush with buckets of water till the am I be told someone

The cherry on top was when we were checking out we were 9 minutes late checking out and they wanted to charge us for a 30 minute late check out.

Comfortable & clean room, enjoyed breakfast and relaxing in the hot tub. Wifi was a little on/off and the room, though the AC worked, seemed a little stuffy. Room upon first entering did have a odd odor, it is a pet friendly hotel and may have been that. Bonus free cookies at the front desk made things better.

The staff were very kind, breakfast was nice, and parking was great. It’s right off the highway which is perfect for long distance travelers!

The property is advertised as near the university, however it is on the complete opposite end of Laramie. Though surprised at the location, it worked out very well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an e-bike and they put me in a larger room to accommodate my bike, on the ground floor and I could park close to my room. Parking was free, very nice.

Very nice staff, easy parking. Good location. Not walkable, but short distance to downtown.

The shower had no grab bar, and it was set inside a tub which had no safety strips on the floor of the tub. It was extremely slippery. For those 2 reasons alone I will never return to this hotel. The toilet and shower were enclosed in a small room by themselves, and the sink was in the entryway to the room, most unusual. The towels were very rough, worst of any hotel on our 10 day trip. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Parking was very good with plenty of spaces, well lit. The location is set adjacent to a residential neighborhood so you have to drive to get food or use door dash. So, the room looked clean, but the carpet was a dark ugly color that would hide dirt, so I'm not sure it actually was clean, especially with the heavy deodorizer spray. Maybe there had been a dog in the room as the hotel is pet friendly. We used the hot tub but it was very noisy with the jets on. And the pool was cloudy so we didn't get in it. There was a nice, full length closet to hang clothes in, just inside the door. There was a microwave and working refrigerator, desk with chair and additional arm chair in the room. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices. And, the room was fairly spacious. I also liked the doorways, key protected, to the parking lot, for easy access to your vehicle.

First off, staff was great. Our afternoon receptionist was a sweetheart. She was doing everything alone. I'm not sure she had anyone else there. She ran the front, the pool, laundry and all the in between. The rest of the day staff were also helpful. We had room 218. The restroom smelled like a very strong odor of urine. We just drove 13 hrs...I was done. Didn't complain but it was aweful. The AC was filthy. The room just needed a deep clean. The pool and elevators smelled like a wet dog. There weren't many options for food. This place could be so great after a deep clean.
