Good interior design and good, Katerina from Cali Spa does amazing massage Not 5*, not for family vacation The hotel is super disappointing while being definitely on a pricey side. While having beautiful interior design and nice food, it is definitely not 5***** and not for family vacations. Why? Few reasons: 1. Our whole family got very hard food poisoning in the main restaurant. We had no other meals outside the hotel so we know it for sure. Both my husband, my 1.5 year daugther and myself felt awful and could not get up from bed for a whole day. 2. The hotel positions itslelf as a family resort, and which was the reason for us to spend our long waited vacation there. In reality, it's not family resort whatsoever: family hotel But there is totally nothing to do with the kids here: the water in all the pools including kids pool is freezing, the beach is not convenient for kids to walk having peddles and angled down, the playground is closed, the kids club is unavailable when there's is a session with other kids there. There was just 1 event for the kids during our 10 days stay, which doesn't help at all. There's no entertainment or animation to keep the kids busy. There is even no minidisco! 3. In addition, there is a number of small issues like: lack of hot water, "do not disturb" button not working, low quality housekeeping, expensive laundry which loses your clothes, garbage on the ground here and there, dirty and noisy jacuzzi which makes the feel from the hotel definitely not 5***** and not luxurious which we expected for the amount of money paid. Gum is way too small and lacks equipment. Tennis court looks abandoned. Car rental service is poor (the requested baby car seat wasn't there after asking for a few times). Spa is small – no pools, saunas, steam baths, etc – it's not a spa hotel whatsoever. 4. The location is poor: it's far from the most beautiful scenery of Rhodes and from all the entertainment you'd like to do with kids outside the hotel.

Very beautiful, looks like a real 5-star resort The pool is awesome, the kids had a lot of fan! The meals at the hotel were not tasty and there wasn’t much variety or abundance There were no treats like popsicles or snacks for kids during the day It didn’t felt like all inclusive, during the day the only thing excluding meals was French fries and nuggets for the kids. The clean level of the rooms is very low, they changed our bed linens only once during our entire stay. The beach is not comfortable for staying, the bar is very far from the beach and there was nothing to drink available directly on the beach.

Property was spacious rooms were spread out. Not enough staff to accommodate guests. Tables not bussed towels not available at pool or beach. AC not working in the room. Bugs in the room.
-
Very nice village with a cool relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is helpful. The fitness room is very basic. Not even a bar for pull-ups...

The room and the facilities and the staff The location it’s far from the Center

It is what it is—metamorphosis. It's about relaxation and chilling. Don't expect parties or a lot of activities. Enjoy the sun in the shade under the beautiful trees, or play tennis when the heat is over. The design and concept are great for those who love minimalism. Also, surprisingly good coffee :) Great food. P.S. The booking team doesn't show the photos I attached for some reason. The design is stunning, and many people will enjoy it. It was not perfect. There are small, minor things to fix; however, the staff tries to fix everything and make your stay brilliant. I would give it ten without minor frustrations, but that's my experience, and maybe you will be luckier. Also, you should get all-inclusive to enjoy all the benefits. It's not the best hotel if you prefer fish over meat. I stayed for 10 days, and during the last few days, I tried everything.

We visited for a week on our honeymoon and it was the best decision to stay at this hotel: IT WAS PERFECT! The cute and pleasant welcome gift from a hotel was the ideal start of our vacation, which was very thoughtful of a staff. We chose all-inclusive: we had a free mini-bar which was refilled everyday by our choice, the main restaurant where u can east breakfast, lunch and dinner + 3 different restaurants that u can dine in once at each (japanese was the best for us!) Also, there was a “Yummy truck” with tasty burgers (even vegetarian ones and bowls) and “Dream’n’Creams” (with delicious pancakes and ice creams). The food in wholesome was something! Especially in the japanese restaurant the flavours were new to us and we loved it! We red before the bad reviews about the lack of various meals in the restaurant, but we thoughg the opposite - for any time of a day there’s a plenty of food u can choose from! Fruits, vegetables, pancakes, ice creams, bread, cakes, pies, pasta, fishes, different kind of cheese and meat, you name it. Talking about the interior - love it! Reminds boho and arabian at the same time. We had a room with a private pool, but the beach was so good that we stayed moatly at the beach, which was quite (almost all of the families with children were at the general pool. The beach is clean, you can find various activities. We chose a jet-ski, which was super fun, you get 15min for 45€. A HUGE THANKS TO NIKKI AND AL. So kind, caring, professional and always with a smile. It was such a pleasure to meet these people! Also, compliments to a bartender (didn’t get a chance to get his name, as heard it’s Pedro maybe, apologies if wrong) with a long hair and an earring - so professional, funny and always asking if we need something at the beach. Overall all of the staff are such a perfect example how the guests should be greeted. Hopefully we’ll come on our wedding anniversary, because this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed before at.❤️ For the improvement just a tiny thing: communicate with a housekeepers to check the towels, because sometimes there would be tiny dots and spots, but whenever asking - they would straight away give us a new ones.

That is was remote, but maybe a little too remote- had several restaurants to choose from, various areas to sit by the pool and beach. The staff was a little too pompous for me- too much zen- mode- but pleasant. The lady at the spa, maybe at the checkin- was obsessed with smelling nail polish remover. She kept inhaling it deeply in front of the customer- me!! And her colleague came out and did say something, but I’ve never seen this before. The staff at the buffet was unorganized- unfriendly. They didn’t have food out in the morning at 6:30 as they said they would and they acted as if we were in the way.

The room was really spacious., the staff accommodated all of our requests and the beach amentias were really great. pool and beach service for food and drinks was cherry on top of everything the hotel had to offer. getting to and from the hotel was a bit of a hustle. unless you are renting a car, finding cabs around the island is not easy, but it should be noted that driving on the island is also very risky. wish they had better public transportation on the island

Friendly staff and amazing guest service. Vary spacious bohemian suite and the breakfast was amazing especially the croissants ????? I will come again

Traveling with a baby is never easy, but the staff and the facilities were perfect and comfortable for us. The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed.

- Picturesque hotel overall, excellent room, high quality breakfast, very friendly stall overall ( special mention for Mr Vasilis at reception, Mr Stergios manager of Alas restaurant and Mr Giannis at beach club for their kindness and willingness to help), fantastic beach - Very nice kids club, although facilities and schedule were not very impressive our daughter enjoyed very much and couldn`t wait to join every day - Reservation system for a`la cart restaurants (included in the "all inclusive" policy) was highly problematic. When we arrived, immediately(!), we tried to book ourselves and surprisingly we were informed that we couldn`t make any reservation because all were fully booked ahead for every day of our stay ! After we complained, they manage to book us 2/3 days. The funny thing is that when we were going at the restaurants they were more than 50-60% empty. Clearly hotel management was "directing" silently guests to buffet dinner which everybody knows that is always cheaper. - Manager of Nicu (Peruvian/Asian) restaurant was not very polite, (unfortunately can`t recall his name, but was something "Italian"). First he didn`t accept that we had a reservation (made by the reception manager after our complain) while restaurant had several empty tables and then he was trying to charge us for our daughter`s appetizer, although the policy was clear that all guests are allowed 3 course dinner. Anyhow after our complain he didn`t charge us. - Hotel suffered a lot from last year`s large wildfire, some areas (pool etc) destroyed by fire. Although they have maintained everything the surrounding landscape outside hotel is a little bit miserable. Of course not to blame hotel as mother nature needs time to rebuilt the forest

Resort beach location - the design of the property was so pretty with the beautiful greenery & flowers & river flowing through the resort. The suite we stayed in had its on private pool which was a brilliant addition to our holiday. It comfortably slept 4 adults. The hotel has some lovely friendly staff. Some of the room furniture is so uncomfortable for sitting on. Definitely design over function. Hard wooden edges don’t work for lounging & chilling both in the room & outside on the private patio. Not enough hanging space / storage for 4 adults to put clothing, toiletries. 2 people have to be willing to just live out of their suitcase. The All Inclusive & Half Board options are not clear. Staff don’t tell you that by selecting certain food/ drinks/mini bar options you will be incurring an extra charge. These are the customer service details which can upset your holiday. However when I raised my concern with the hotel all charges were removed. Food options had very mixed results - the Italian restaurant was great but the Asian restaurant was very disappointing. This also seemed to be for the buffet restaurant- sometimes it was good other times the selection was bad - we found the Greek night the worst meal of the buffet nights.
-
A wonderful room with all the amenities, and an excellent all-inclusive offer with outstanding service. There’s plenty of variety, with the option to book a meal at the Italian, Asian, or Greek restaurant. The hotel’s private beach, along with the pool area and fantastic bar, leaves nothing to be desired. And let’s not forget the magnificent spa. It’s a quick bus or taxi ride to Lindos, where you can explore the charming town. The young and dedicated team makes you feel truly welcome, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Loved the picturesque village-like structure that had a wonderful Greek flair while providing serenity and we appreciated the modern, really comfortable and opulent suite. The seafront location was a bliss and amazing for our kids and so was the pool area. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast and the diverse dining options. Serene, wonderful design and helpful staff. A perfect place for a family holiday.
