The floor in one of the bedrooms was uneven and lifting in some sections which was dangerous for my fiancée who uses a cane to walk. The bedroom where my daughter and her family was…..had no working air and they were miserable all night.

It's like being at home.. everything there is great rooms are great nice and cold breakfast is good other than that I speechless

Bathroom shower was filthy. Lukewarm water and no pressure. Homeless were outside my first story window all night. I had to contact the front desk and she went out and told them to leave. Another set came later that night. Said she may have to call the cops, but never did. Did not feel safe at all. I asked to be moved and I was told there was no more rooms. Check-in clerk was very friendly and nice. And that was an easy process, but other than that, this place was terrible place. Previous reviews state the same thing as me and nothing has been done. At this point I think corporate needs to be contacted.
