I had a problem with my AC (first floor) so when they reviewed and didn´t find how to fix it they replace my room for different without an issue AC however they fix the situation

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. The room we were assigned had a very noisy air conditioner, which made it impossible for us to get a good night’s sleep. We expected this hotel to be a better option, but considering the price, it was not worth it. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
