    I stayed at the hotel for two nights for my son to play baseball. we checked in on Sunday, June 21st and checked out on Tuesday, June 23rd. Although we had a flight leaving the Tampa Bay airport after 4pm on Tuesday, we had lost/forgotten something in the room. When we went back to try and get in at about 2pm, our keys didn't work but we asked housekeeping to let us in. Although there was a language barrier, she tried to have us go down to the front desk but I told her we were in a hurry to catch our flight. She understood enough and called down to the front desk and then let us in the room. The room had not been cleaned yet and we were not there very long. We rushed to the airport and got on our flight home. The next day, the hotel had charged me for an entire day. I never authorized that charge. I called to speak with the general manager, Sarah. Wednesday was her last day before going on vacation. I left her a message but never heard back from her. I called Thursday and Jacob at the front desk transferred me to the assistant manager, Catherine. Again I left a message and again I was ignored. I called again on Friday, and again Jacob tried to get Catherine to pick up the phone and she refused and said to send me to general reservations. On Monday, I called again, and again there is not anyone but the front desk who doesn't have the authority to do anything. I have repeatedly asked f

    This was a great property! The staff was wonderful, everything was clean and the pool was nice & cool. It was in a convenient location too! Not far at all from Clearwater Beach or Tampa.

    Rooms can accommodate 4 with a king bed and sleep sofa. The bathroom has a barn door which requires a little strength to open and close. Refrigerator is adequate but no stove. Huge amount of storage and drawers.

    The man at the front desk was awesome and helpful. He was also from NY like me ! Have me helpful information about the area. The pool was great loved it after the trip. The breakfast was good the family enjoyed the variety. All in all. A great stay. Oh and the pillows they were amazing !!! 5 stars for comfortable bedding. Lol

    The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for guests. Our only concern was the condition of the hallway carpets. They appeared heavily stained and worn, which created a less favorable first impression. Aside from that, our experience was excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it to others.
