Achilleos City Hotel

Room was very very clean, every day room cleaned and towels changed, staff extremely helpful and polite, staff in dining room at breakfast very nice helpful, good breakfast, excellent location, great experience The only problem that we encountered is that the Internet in the room we had on the third floor was relatively weak, I also think that this was the reason that there was so few channels available on the television

The staff were nice and the hotel looked clean. The location is absolutly horrindus, in some dark ally with not lights and lots of trash around, no view at all

Small room, but excellent value!

This is not my first time

Location is great just 3 minutes walk from promenade. Clean room, standard breakfast. There was not hot water in the morning and the staff handled it within one hour. The room we received was small and uncomfortable for 3 and the hotel offered us upgrade for additional €20 per night. There is constructions in front the entrance very noisy and dirty.

The location is excellent In the description of the hotel it shows a gum but it was always closed

Location was excellent and it was very clean. Shower was hot. Gave me a room without a balcony so had to ask for one which they provided. On check in was told I would be charged €2 for beach towel. A different person was at reception for checkout and I was not charged for the towel. Rooms are small as are showers. Doona for bed was in the wardrobe, not on the bed, yet it was cool at night. TV “lounge” was tiny. See photo.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Truly a place worth returning to.

The bed was too soft and small for my taste, and unfortunately at the time of our visit there were construction works around the hotel so it could get noisy on some parts of the day.

the elevator is small, the hotel is not accessible for disabled people

Very good breakfast. Room has all what I needed (fridge and a safe). Excellent return for the money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No complains.

We stayed one week at the hotel and are overall very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, as well as bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, which was my biggest scare, as I read some reviews here about matresses not being comfortable. As I have serious back issue, I can assure future guests that beds are comfy and good. All the staff was very polite and helpful. Kim and receptionists, thank you! Andrea I would prefer that our room window was bigger.

The staff were excellent and the general appearance of all facilities excellent. Airconditioning was a bit patchy and was'nt easy to control. No reception bar or coffee place is a disadvantage

The food was awesome. Location is good but no direct beach access, you need to walk around a bit, maybe 5 minutes. Clean and beautiful. Air conditioner with heat option and thermostat. Bathroom is nonsense, thin glass walls that feel like a workaround and non-lockable door with huge holes around and on the ceiling. You can see the outside while sitting on the toilet and vice versa. No privacy at all.

Nice room for tor the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice simple breakfast with real freshly squeezed orange juice. High value for money. On the first morning there was no hot water but it was fixed soon after. The balcony is small and is more or less only useful for smokers.
