Fantastic, adorable, clean, friendly and has everything you need to enjoy Larnaca! The owners and the staff are super helpful- they went above and beyond when I needed help in the middle of the night, due to a bad Airbnb experience. The owner helped me get a room right away after I found them online in an emergency! And, it is delightful and right near the beach. I’m coming back! No complaints!

Great location close to the beach. And very big room

The room was spatious and the location is very close to the beach. Good for 1 night. There was some noise at night due to proximity with bars. There were a lot of mosquitos and bugs because the window was open when we arrived. The parking is a bit confusing.

The location of White 11 is absolutely amazing- you can't get much better than walking one block to the fort and seafront! The rooms were spacious and we even had a balcony with chairs and a little table with views of the sea. perhaps an elevator

Great location, few minutes from the beach, esplanade and restaurants

Fantastic location - very close to everything, but not in the loud part of town, at least in March. Parking was free in the lot next to the building and very appreciated. Nice view. The room was billed as 2 beds - a king and sofa bed, but bedding was only provided for the king bed. My mom and I slept in the king - it was fine. However, if you really need the sofa bed, I recommend requesting that they provide linens for you.

This is normal, really useful place to stay for a not too long time, located at the midst of the old city, steps close to evening streets. Quiet, clean and "value for money" balanced. AC in the room just enough powerful to warm it up, we were at the storm day, windy and unpleasant, but within an hour AC made the room enough to be in T-short. Super good wide king-size bed and wide sofa for the kid. It's not easy to fix - you just need to know this specifics of roof-mounted water heaters, so when you open hot water it will be cold until it warm up all the tubes along from the roof to your floor. So, just open the valve and do not enter the shower until it hot, that's it, and left thin drizzle when you soap to prevent tube getting cold again. It's so everywhere in Mediterranian in winter. Owner must suffer of large water usage, but has nothing to do.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a stone's throw from the sea.

Close to the old town, had parking and was 10-15 min drive from Airport. Friendly helpful staff met us at 20:00 but remote entry was also available. Room was a good size. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Nil

We had rented two rooms. One was very large and spacious, great for getting organized and packing, The second was more typical of a hotel. It was very quiet and very clean. The shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The wall-mounted AC/Heating units in both rooms didn't work. While we were able to turn them on and set the desired temperature and the fan speed, no heat came out. It felt like they were just recirculating the room air. Because this was during cooler weather, the rooms were very cold and uncomfortable.

Good location near the promenade. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Large room on the 3rd floor but no elevator. Balcony overlooking the sea. Large bed. No elevator to the 3rd floor. I've counted 38 steps. Rundown hotel. 2* not more.
