Roseum Boutique Hotel

Great location, the city by itself was shabby, but reconstructions we on. the beach was very close. Lot's of nice shops. Breakfast could be better.

I stayed one night and the curtain in my room wouldn’t close which I only found out when I went to bed. I called the reception at the sister hotel and they went above and beyond to change my room and make sure I was comfortable. I was very happy with this. Both rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is well situated! The staff were so lovely here. If you’re driving there’s no hotel parking only the public parking lots or the street if you can find a space. I’d highly recommend dropping your bags first and then parking somewhere because it can be quite a walk otherwise!

The hotels itself was modern, clean and simple. Location to beach and historical center was great. Nothing major for the hotel. Toaster would be nice addition to their breakfast area. Some buildings and parking lot(short cut to beach) were in bad shape with garbage around.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roseum Boutique Hotel in Larnaca. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Thank you so much for such a warm reception and amazing hospitality. The room was simply outstanding. The cleanliness immediately caught my attention — everything was shining and spotless. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully designed, making the space feel very comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. I also really appreciated the breakfast experience. t was such a pleasure to have a menu where you could choose freshly prepared dishes made especially for you. Everything was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and felt new and well maintained. The shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The location is perfect — right in the center and close to everything, which made it very convenient to explore the area. The price was also very attractive for the quality we received. There was also convenient free parking right next to the hotel, which made our stay even easier. Most importantly, the entire staff was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is close to everything Nothing

Nice and pleasant hotel. The cleaning was awful I saw, at least, 3 cockroaches in the room not including those who that's run away from me.

The only good thing was the location. The beds were not bad. Everyhting else about this hotel is a scam. There is no reception after check in. There was a note saying "back in 20'" which is there all day. No emergency number anywhere but outside (!) the hotel. Reception is unguarded and unlocked. We found out about that the hard way as one of our guests lost their key. We were desperately trying to find someone to issue us another key and ended up going through the drawers (with the police's approval). Several keys but the master were found and unbelievably enough, this was the same advice we got from the manager of the hotel whom we managed to track down after calling Booking.com! "Go through our drawers and look for the master key"... a method that screams security... When we didn't manage to find it (and even the manager gave up pretending to know what was happening in his hotel) he reluctantly came over to let us in but (!!) he didn't know the password to their computer...! After waking up another colleague, he managed to issue a second key, let our guest in and of course offered ZERO apology for their service. Let us know speak of the room: broken toilet seat wrapped in "sterilised" tape. You remove it, it falls. broken telephone broken safe dirty walls All in all, if you have any other accommodation option, take it.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the restaurant amazing This hotel does not come anywhere close to "boutique". Spacious rooms, yes, but very cheap and partly damaged furniture, in a rather worn down area. I called half a day before arriving to confirm the possibility to leave something at the hotel, it was confirmed, but upon arrival they refused - had to have a long discussion before they finally accepted upon leaving, I was given wrong information on the busses to the airport (I was sent to a bus-stop that according to the drivers is not being served for more than five months); almost missed my flight

Roseum hotel cancelled my booking a day before my arrival due to limited internet connection and lack of fridge into the room as told.

The hotel is located in the city center but is not crowded, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast. A big thank you to the chef and the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful (especially Lena). I also appreciate the opportunity for early check-in.

Staff was not welcoming or accommodating. When asking for parking locations, directions were not clear. Hotel room was very basic and third bed provided was a very poor cot and had to request additional towels for the third person.
