A super place to stay! Very accommodating staff.

They also had bottle fill water stations throughout 1st level. We did not experience the hotel restaurants, pool, or hotel rooftop lounge during this trip.

Great food, pools were great
-
Shopping is walking distance which is great Room was very clean and maintained I have no complaints and would definitely visit again

There's a lot of room hotel all kind of fees that is not made aware of before checking in they want helpful with your final bill I didn't appreciate not knowing going forward what other fees it was just a bunch of fees other than that the place was excellent beautiful all of 10 but as far as all these fees or keeping you aware of those terrible service terrible

So far best hotel I stayed at

Otherwise, the pool area was nice and we enjoyed our time there and also had a nice drink (with great service) at one of the bars one evening. The hotel is not walkable from the rest of the strip (by distance and also navigation) which we didn't realize when we booked. Because of the check-in issue and property location we won't be staying here again, but perhaps if you book a base room and don't intend to leave the property it would be a nice place to stay.

I like how you need your room key to be able to reach the floor your going. Elevators seem to run quick and smooth. I would definitely want to come back and stay at the Conrad!!!

I mean , the hotel looks luxurious and all. But the service and help I got from staff were below any minimum expectations. Hampton inn will give you better care and service as a guest. To start , it was nearly impossible to get a hold of the front desk (their AI phone doesn’t work), had to use international roaming calls from my cell to get a hold of front desk… pool service was awful, apparently having a picture of ur passport and the room number matching that is not enough to order a single beer… and to top all that , instead of being greeted by front desk (gold hhonors) “hello welcome to Conrad”, we were not giving the base respect of an eye contact and were told to check in the in the other line, even though everything was empty… again, you will have better manners and guest services at any Hampton inn. All in all, this is just facade hotel with horrible services. You will find better stay in Las Vegas for the same coin.

Was a little too cool and the phone didn’t call reception when we needed anything so quite a bit of a walk down for us to reception. Also failed to find us at check do there was a little delay.

This was my first stay at the Conrad, and I truly enjoyed myself. The room was immaculate and the bed was soft. I had a beverage credit and it allowed me to try most of the venues. The pool was great a must visit when here. The venue is picturesque. Book now it’s further away from the action on the strip but it’s worth it

We specifically booked and paid for a Premium King Strip View room, but that is not what we received. Instead, our view was primarily of the mountains and Trump Towers, with no real Strip view, and we were assigned a room at the very end of the hallway, one of the furthest rooms from the elevators. This was particularly disappointing because we specifically paid a premium for the Strip View room category. There was also a frustrating lack of communication from the moment we arrived. While our room was being prepared, we wanted to enjoy the pool, but no one clearly explained how we were supposed to access it without a room key. We received contradictory information from staff about a facility access key: one employee told us they do not provide them, while another later told us they could provide one. We spent far too much time being redirected and simply trying to figure out how to get into the pool. Redeeming the benefits included with our package was another unnecessary runaround. We had difficulty figuring out where and how to receive the complimentary bottle of wine. Our Expedia reservation also advertised “Free dining for 2 (once per stay),” but once we arrived, we learned that this actually meant one food order/item for two people to share. That is certainly not what we reasonably understood
