6:20 PM (2 minutes ago) to me We stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center this past weekend to be close to the Sphere venue for the Backstreet Boys concert on Sat (8/22/2026) evening. Initially, we had a great impression because Ricky (the front desk employee) really took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure that I was signed up for Hilton Honors rewards with my most updated contact information. Since it was too early for us to check in, we asked if the hotel staff could hold our duffel bags and my sister's backpack at the front desk, but with all the other bags that usually are kept there until check-in time at 4 pm. Ricky said that would be fine, and directed us to the current bellhop who was on duty. We didn't catch the bellhop's name. But he provided us the claim ticket stickers so that we could present these later in the afternoon when we would pick up our duffel bags and my sister's backpack. Ricky was really awesome and told us about the Embassy Suites complimentary shuttle, which picks up and drops off in front of the Fashion Mall. We figured that would be perfect so that we could take it to get dropped off at the Fashion Mall, and also tour the Las Vegas Strip. We just had to write our names down on the clipboard since each pick-up from the hotel was limited to 14 people per ride. We were able to take the 11:30 am shuttle to Fashion Mall. Then upon returning, we just called the designated phone number

The breakfast was good. Room was clean. Driving up to hotel I wasn’t impressed at all by the exterior but as soon as you step in the front doors I realized the hotel was actually very nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

The receptionist that checked us in gave us a room facing the sphere my daughter was super excited about it, bartender was working alone and had a extremely long line but still did a amazing job and she was very friendly. lady that was cooking the omelets was very nice and helpful as well

My wife and kids and I stayed here in mid August, 2026. The place was immaculate, and our room was one of the best ones we've ever stayed in (at a great price!). It felt like staying on the Strip, but still a ways away (read: quiet). A safe parking lot was a bonus, for a reasonable rate.

The next day, I saw her working late at the counter and she seemed like she was treating the other guests better than us. It was hard to tell if we were discriminated upon our race. For reference, we are Hispanic. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful.

We stayed there as it was close to the Sphere for the back street boys. The hotel was definitely somewhere i would recommend as it was very clean and staff was amazing.

The second room was no better: the sheets and pillowcases had visible stains, and the bathroom sink was heavily clogged. The sofa bed was also completely worn out; my daughter could feel the springs digging into her back. The next morning, a shuttle driver agreed to take us to the LINQ Promenade. Instead, he dropped us at the Fashion Show Mall, said it was his last stop, and drove off—leaving us completely stranded in the Vegas heat. We walked over 10,000 steps and had to pay for a taxi back. Management comped our parking, but the exhaustion it caused was already done. On day two, I called to get the clogged sink fixed, asking maintenance to come in an hour while we got dressed. They never showed up for the rest of our stay. The sink barely drained, forcing my kids to take turns brushing their teeth five minutes apart. Between stained bedding, broken appliances, unresponsive maintenance, a terrible sofa bed, and unreliable shuttle staff, this was a highly stressful experience. I cannot recommend this hotel. I shared this experience with them and they gave me $50 in Hilton points, not impressed.

We loved the breakfast. Especially the omelettes. The room was clean, big enough for 5 of us. The shuttle to the Malls was a bonus. The service was brilliant. We would definitely come back here.

Swimming pool It was old, no soap in the bathroom, the breakfast was not look like the image.

Having a full breakfast is a mega plus. Very good quality, fresh fruits and made to order omelets. Also the managers cocktail, basic but nice and friendly staff. Nice and quiet for a Las Vegas hotel. On the other hand, the hotel itself looks very dated. Rooms were confortable with twin TV, super nice cold A/C and small kitchen, but wallpaper looks like the 80', need some paint and there was mildew in the tub and bathroom sink. The wardrobe closet was broken and room was dark. Beside this details, it is a nice option for a hotel in Vegas without casino, crazy bars and noisy people!!
