Every staff person we met was extremely friendly and helpful.

The overnight front desk agent Don was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of space to sit even when the dining room was full. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken, but I was able to get ice on the lobby floor.

my shower was leaking. Informed front desk on day 1. they sent maintenance on day 2. shower was still leaking when i left on day 3.

This place is nice and clean. But there was a problem with noises coming from the bathroom vents. hardly got any sleep one night. they said there is nothing they can do about it.

The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing and they do have transportation to and from the airport. However, while traveling alone, I had housekeeping knocking on my door when the do not disturb sign was on it and didn’t give me time to answer it before she walked in. That created a sense of an easiness for me. I reported it and then the second day somebody tried to enter my room. I reported it again. It’s not a very safe feeling when you hear people trying to get in your room constantly and I don’t know that I would be staying there again.

When we arrived, Genesis was so friendly and helpful. She mse us feek welcomed. THe room was perfect and very comfortable. The driver for the Airport shuttle was very friendly. He got us to the airport safely and on time.

We only stayed one night because we were just passing through on our way home, but it was very clean and comfortable and the every single person on the staff was professional and very friendly and very accommodating. Often going out of their way. I would absolutely recommend your location and I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for everything!

Always a pleas to stay at this property. It is close to the airport and offers shuttle service, so we stay often. Breakfast was great! Staff was great!!
