Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

I stayed from Friday~Sunday. I was told I could come in for early check in, once I got there I was met with a couple minutes of resistance but was given early check in. I was then sent over for my "free gift" which was a tour of another property that lasts 1.5 hours. After not finding a goid schedule I declined and was clear. The gift would have been a dinner for 4, $125, a free extra night ect. The next morning my phone rang just before 10am telling me to pick up my "free gift" after a few minutes of discussion I said I made it clear yesterday I'm not interested. Upon check out I voiced this issue and was told "that's our policy" to follow up. I told them it's not acceptable. And the manager of the "free gift" area said there was nothing she could do, its policy. But my MAJOR ISSUE was the life guards. The majority are wearing sweatpants and tennis shoes. HOW are you saving a life in that attire? 1 lifeguard had on a hair bonnet, a yeti, her phone AND a fan that took 2 hands to hold, battery operated. HOW will this lifeguard dump ALL this to save a life and yes in sweatpants and tennis shoes. Also while fan blowing in her face she had her eyes CLOSED. NOT SAFE! I spoke with the assistant head of security and he said he would let his boss know and they would investigate and make changes. I let them know as a Healthcare professional they need to do better because my ER gets their victim sometimes for a lifetime and sometimes they don't make it. DO BETTER!

The staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the room was awesome. Great for families.

The rooms were renovated but not very clean. The floor was dirty, the cupboard were sticky ... Not once did we get our room refreshed up from house cleaning team.

I’ve been coming here since I was 10 years old. I’m 33 now. This is the only place I want to stay when coming to Las Vegas. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are like your own full apartment. The swimming pool and water slides are beyond amazing. I love love love this place

The pools and waterslides were a hit with our family. Very affordable. The restaurant was terrible. The food wasn't freshly cooked. It was warmed up in the microwave. Ours was cold and not fully warmed.

I went with my family and my kids loved the pool and the rooms were so spacious it was a good choice for us. We will definitely book here again

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I booked 2 suites one for my family and another for my parents. Both rooms were very clean, up to date, and obtained the necessities needed to accommodate all the guests. The kitchen had a good size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and small sink. Kitchen appliances, mugs, cups, plates, bowels, cooking spoons, utensils, and a garbage can were all available. If there was something we needed (blender, coffee, more towels, etc...) it was brought up to our rooms with no problem. Housekeeping staff were very nice, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Bathrooms were kept clean. The rooms looked like if they were new. No funny smells, no marks on the walls, etc..The pool area was amazing!!!! Beautiful and always kept clean. Plenty of staff members available and everyone was friendly. No trash on the floor and the restrooms were also clean. The hallways also smelled fresh and clean. The hotel also provided an ice machine, washer and dryer. There was also a large game room and plenty of fun things for kids. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I do recommend this hotel especially if traveling with kids.

The manager Abigail is not helpful at all. There was a problem with my room so she came with security and the minute I said “why didn’t someone call me “, she left . She made excuses etc. No compassion . I’ve stayed here every month for the last 9 months and never had this experience. The employees were more professional than Abigail the manager

The room could’ve been cleaner. There was a bloody booger on the wall. The floors were dirty.

Stayed here with my daughter for a quick weekend get away before school started. All the staff were helpful and room service food was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would stay again

Rooms had an outdated feel even tho they said they put us in a recently refurbished room. Staff wasn’t all that friendly.

This place was more then enough.. had almost everything we needed in one place.. my 3 daughter's loved it 11,13,14 ... we will be back ASAP .. thanks Cancun resort you guys are the best ... 🎉
