The room was clean and staff was very friendly, but pool gate wasn't working properly and the gym was in renovation and it wasn't informed before we reserved.

The saving grace was the newly renovated room.

Breakfast was delicious and ample .The biggest set back for us leaving at 6.15 AM the staff were a bit mean in us trying to get a cup of coffee or food that was within our reach. It would not be so bad but we had a long journey ahead of us. The bedroom/living room was nicely laid out and to have a fridge was a bonus. Overall the windows did not offer good sound proofing which was a bit annoying. Better sound proofing for bedroom windows. The ice bucket lid was not washed as there was a big blob on it. A real turn off.

No Room Access: Upon arrival, we were informed that due to ongoing construction, no room keys were available. For our entire three-day stay, we had to wait for a staff member to manually unlock our door every single time we wanted to enter our room. This was an unacceptable breach of basic hospitality and security. Broken EV Charging Stations: Prior to arrival, management confirmed that there were three working charging stations on-site. However, they failed to mention that the stations were completely broken. We left our vehicle plugged in for three hours only to find it hadn't charged at all, disrupting our travel plans. Disruptive Renovation Noise: The hotel was undergoing heavy renovations during our stay. The noise was unbearable, with non-stop pounding and drilling directly above our room throughout the day. We were completely blindsided by these conditions. Had we been notified of the lack of keys or the heavy construction beforehand, we would have booked elsewhere. Given the severe lack of basic amenities and peace, I am requesting a [partial/full] refund for our stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

The door keys were not working in any of the rooms so we had to have someone let us in initially. We had 5 people in the room so we did not need assistance after that.
