the room was a little dirty and the last day the toilet wasn't work.but ever thing was good

On Friday night at 11:45 PM, the fire alarm went off due to what was reportedly low water pressure in the pipes. Guests were evacuated and stood outside for about 30 minutes. While issues happen, there was no communication, apology, or gesture from management afterward. The following night, the fire alarm sounded again at 12:45 AM. It only lasted about 30 seconds, but after the previous night's disruption, it was enough to wake everyone up and create more frustration. The hotel is pet-friendly, which may appeal to some travelers, but it came with drawbacks. During my stay, there was dog feces in the elevator and another dog urinated near the lobby coffee station. Staff cleaned both incidents quickly, but it was still unpleasant and reflects poorly on some pet owners. My checkout experience was the final straw. At 6:00 AM, I took the elevator to the first floor with my luggage only to find the exit blocked by a security door. I had to go back up, get off on the second floor, and carry my luggage down the stairs. To make matters worse, the stairwell carpet smelled strongly of urine. Between the late-night fire alarms, lack of communication from management, pet-related messes, and unpleasant odors, I won't be staying here again. Next time, I'll stay next door and avoid the animals, smells, and midnight fire alarms.

The hotel was convenient for what I needed that we can stay room was a little bit on the third side and rundown shower didn’t work that great

Fire Alarm went off at 1150pm and lasted for about 20 minutes outside in 80 degrees weather. No fire, but it took awhile to get back to sleep once we got got back to ou r rooms. No staff came knocking on doors to make sure we e was ere out of our rooms. I feel they should knock on all doors & rooms occupied.

Nice property, stayed the 3 or 4 times now

We were there to be close to hospital which it was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have to change our room 3 times because the air conditioners didnt work properly. Breakfast was good but basic

This hotel was exactly what we needed it to be. I manage a Choice Hotels property but neglected in getting a reservation until last minute. So we decided on this Laquinta because it had the best pet friendly option with a pool. I came into town for a cancer treatment for my dog. We wanted quite to stay away from the noise of the city while still being close enough to the action if we wanted to venture out. I stayed in the one room suite. While the room itself had the usual wear and tear, it was very clean! Our microwave started sparking about 10 minutes after checking in, but the staff quickly came up and switched it out for a new one. Every employee I encountered in the hallways spoke to me and you could tell this property was cared for. The only complaint I have is a small one compared to how fantastically kept the property is. The hallway walls and baseboards were more than just a little dirty. Other than that, this was a fantastic option for a quick trip into Vegas. I would stay again! Thank you guys for making this difficult time an easy relaxing stay.

I Was here for a short weekend trip. Staff were really nice upon arrival. One thing I did notice was that the towels in the room were still dirty, other than that everything else was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. During our stay when I was in the hot tub I did notice a man pointing a phone towards the hot tub and looking, I believe he was recording, not sure if he was on the phone or what was going on with that, so I would just be aware of surroundings when here, as you should everywhere. Overall had a great stay though, great price and great staff (Atleast the ones I had interacted with.)
