The room I paid for online was not available so I was placed in a crappy room and the casino did nothing to accommodate.

Beautiful resort. Pools are wonderful. A few too many children and one child had a diaper explode which meant the entire pool needed to close for hours for cleaning. Would be a good idea to designate one specific area for children under 12 only… lots of pools and would be a good idea!

I don't know why more people don't stay at Resorts World....complimentary upgrades, friendly staff, clean amenities

The hotel was okay. Nothing bad but nothing that stood out. The staff were polite and efficient. There was no magnificent buffet breakfast. I believe I saw on a social media site that a buffet breakfast was offered. Maybe I’m wrong but it was definitely one of the reasons I chose the Hilton. Juniors is the best restaurant in the hotel. Their breakfast was superb. No other restaurants stood out. Besides most didn’t open until the evening. The room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter isn’t thick enough. At least not for me. But otherwise, it was okay. I don’t have any complaints.

Our first time , it was a last minute booking . Amazing location, staff, amenities, location. We will be returning when it’s a little cooler to enjoy all it has to offer .

Staff was outstanding. At check in , Sequoia was very professional and attentive to our needs for early check in. At check out , Amber was courteous and professional.
