Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

Hotel/resort was good. Elevators for the parking garage were a nightmare; if you waited, it was an average of 15 minutes minimum.

Cuando pagas el hotel por la aplicación No te dicen que tienes que pagas unas cuotas por el uso de las instalaciones y dejar un depósito de 300 dólares. Ya de ahí te sacan de onda porque te avisan uno o dos días antes de tu llegada DEL DEPÓSITO te dicen que te lo regresan de 2 a 7 días ya van 11 días y aún NO LO REGRESAN. Demasiado tiempo te lo deben de regresar el día que sales.

AC was not working well

The room wasn’t so clean but we tolerated it and as far as getting to our room the first time there was no map or direction! It took a moment to find our way!

The room was fairly clean. Quiet. I did not get my complimentary bottle of wine even though I called twice for a representative to call my back about the problem. No one called me back . Was there two days. And no one called me back either day

The room was clean and well presented. I purchased an upgrade on site and so we had a nicer room than originally booked. The room was well equipped. The pool was also nice. Some of the staff members were not as friendly as I might have anticipated. Interactions that weee less friendly occurred in the casino and dining area.

The atmosphere at the casino struck me as so-so—not bad at all. The smells in the rooms and carpets are horrible, and the bathtub is old. It’s not right to walk into rooms that have bad odors. You could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms inside the room; it was horrible.

Nice hotel clean quiet room was really big tv options were limited. The food at the adult pool was good the dj at the adult was dope the cabanas were affordable and parking was free!!

Parking is free and WOW is a great show

Everything was terrible.

I booked the hotel thinking breakfast was included, no breakfast! The WiFi was slow, limited channels on the tv.

The service and staff were great. I shall return. Everything was excellent
