Staff very nice, all speak English. Rooms and hotel very clean, modern, simple and with all the necessary amenities. Everything working in the room. Breakfast with local food, very pleasant and complete. Swimming pool, a garden, a free parking and free EV charging station complete the nice stay. Electric bikes for the guests: in about 7 km, following the river cycle route, you can reach Bordeaux city center. In general, we relaxed and slept very well. I liked the stay, but to go to Bordeaux city center you need a car or use the hotel bikes.

The pool. The Ac. The male staff. The female staff. Rude. The fat lady dropped cutlery on the floor and still used them for the guests.

Staff were so friendly and really looked out for us when we arrived. It was super hot and they gave special attention to our dog, allowing us to hose her down with the garden tap The pool water was very hot and super crowded but to be expected with the weater

It was very easy to find, and peaceful. The rooms were good, great bathroom. The staff were very helpful, and worked very hard . Food could have been a bit. But they did explain that they had been let down by their supplier. However, had a very good, inexpensive bottle of local red wine.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Housekeeping was a negative. They didn't replace towels even with the sign hung on the door. Also, the safe got stuck and we couldn't use it. The front desk did come get it open upon our request.

Bed and shower comfortable. Restaurant food was ready meals from Supermarket heated up. No cereal for breakfast. Not really for a retired couple, more for corporate events and functions.

Good quite AC, free parking, comfortable bed, very clean. Hotel staff is very very kind, friendly. I recommend this place.just be prepared. A lot of mosquitoes and no sprays o fumigators on thr reception. Just be aware of it. A very simple breakfast, the omlet is not delicious. Internet is weak.

Great stop on my journey from st Malo to Toulouse. Close to motorway. Excellent 30 min cycle into Bordeaux and about 13 min by car Big comfy bed/room in quiet location, and exceptionally helpful staff.
