The Bad: The room and bathrooms were old with a broken shower, damage on walls and ripped curtains held together by some clip. TV was loosing reception intermittently. No premium channels - networks only. Internet was slow and not reliable.

Well i like was clean and neat Check in easy Breakfast was ok The rooms are clean and comfortable I do travel a lot minimum 10 to 12 hotels a year and several Airbnbs so I can tell this is a good place Ok now what i dont like 1 pool was out of service and one reason. I did booked there i because my 2 little kids 2 dishwasher wasn't working in my room. So I have to wash dishes by hand but not a big deal 3 day before we leave the sink start leaking so I did report to front desk and the girl was on duty didn't help or send someone to my room to fix or minimum clean the mess so she just told I will do my best but doesn't look she even try because im assume she thought we leaving next day 4 here is not free wifi and the tvs are complicated to use if you want to watch YouTube or Netflix I usually travel with my roku stick to watch TV so wasn't that bad for me 5 I can't believe the whole hotel has only one dolly for the luggage the day I did check in i have to bring all my stuff by hand same the check out so is little difficult but again not a big deal

The bedding and TV’s were good. Almost everything, including the staff. Only one of the two air conditioners was working, the ice machine wasn’t working. The property is under staffed and they couldn’t care less!

System was down could not check in and hot water did not work. Staff was very rude

When we arrived the staff tried to check us in and told us that there was an issue with the booking.com payment sent to for the rooms. Instead of trying to address the situation they proceeded to cancel my booking reservation and made me a new reservation at a higher rate. I asked to speak to a manger, and I was rudely and told that they were individual and that the conversation was over as I disrespected them. Proceeding to ask them for the General Managers name I was told they were the General Manager. They told me that I could contact their regional manger and proceeded to provide me with 800 number for the Hilton technical support number for internet and connectivity. I then proceeded to contact Booking.com and spent over an hour on the phone with them to be told that my reservation was correctly processed and the digital money was transferred to the hotel prior to my arrival. I was told that they reached out to the hotel to correct by the were unable to correct the process. Therefore, I was still billed for my stay twice. Additionally, there was no hot water in the hotel to take a shower, so overall I would not recommend this hotel in the future.

THE ROOM IS BIG AND COMFORTABLE WITH Kitchen and everything in it. They cancelled my reservation the same day I didn't show up until late at night and I had to go to another hotel that night and came back the next morning to this hotel it was very bad for me .

We didn’t have air in the living room and no hot water for showers the first night and the kitchen sink disposal didn’t work at all (not that we needed/used it)but the sink was clogged so the water backed up and we had to wait an hour after we arrived for our room for all of that

We appreciate being offered and moved to a new room when there were problems with the first room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool wasn’t working. The toilet in our first room wouldn’t flush so we had to pack everything back up to move to a new room but are grateful for the adjustment.
