Hollywood Casino & Hotel

The room was great! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only “not so great” was being awakened at 1:15am and about 7am by the train! So so loud BUT not a fault of the hotel but a “oh by the way” is in order 😂 Overall a great experience.

Besides the Fira alarm going off at 10 for no reason and the train coming through at 11not a bad stay

The entire property is in need of remodeling, especially the rooms.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I wish that the hotel and casino were a little closer together but there's an enclosed walkway to and from. The casino is very nice they just need a bar closer to the entrance where most patrons play.

Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!

The blinds didn't close on the first floor room. Didn't bother me, but it could be an issue for someone who likes their privacy.

Was told they have poker tables they do not…. Room wasn’t room I booked but arrived late so I guess I’m lucky they didn’t cancel room. Room was ok…trash still in cans and ac didn’t work well..

Location Had to get moved to 3 different rooms carpet was wet and sticky in first room , second room was smelly and dirty third room was ok

Been three times now & the comforter on the bed is nasty with a burn mark on one & stains on the other two. So gross. Wo t be back.

Outdated. Poor room cleanliness and pitiful shower

Entire complex is outdated and smells like cigarettes. Tub and sink needed a good scrubbing, shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Rooms are not cleaned and refreshed until checkout, had to ask for clean towels and coffee refills at the desk. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, stains on the ceiling. Unless your are in town for the casino, would not recommend.

Room was close to entrance of hotel on the 1st floor. Too much Smoking. The whole place smelled like cigarettes.

Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.
