there is not a continental breakfast. there is nothing. a semi clean bathroom a bed and AC. that’s it

Sadly this is not a place to stay. The person at the front desk was nice and did give me a refund. The reviews you read are probably correct, didn’t believe it until I actually showed up. Don’t make the same mistake. The rooms are poorly cleaned or not cleaned. Roaches ✔️ stain on the sheets ✔️ holes in the walls, cracks up the walls to the ceiling ✔️ the floors were sticky. I opened the mini fridge and I see drinks spilled over and sitting in there for some time, It was leaking out and was all over the floor… added the fridge was not even on. There is mold spots on the light shade 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I can go on but I won’t. So overall just pick some place else.

The room was really rundown and not well maintained, room smell like the previous guest has been smoking weed and cigarettes in there.

Worst hotel I have ever booked! 1. The toilet was broke in the room we checked into in the first night. 2. There were live roaches in the room. 3. The shower was all scraped up and the drains out of place. 4. The steps were rusty and broken.

Its terrible the room smell is bad and i got a lot of bites of bed bug the ref dirty and the AC is bad too.

Yes many things before walking uptown the door it smelled like urine by door also several junkies where standing near entrance staring at my daughters didn’t feel sake also rooms smelled like smoke

After we checked in, we went up to our room and it was DISGUSTING. Mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, the nightstand was broken, the floors were nasty, the toilet was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes (we got a NON-smoking room). My husband and I took one look at the room and immediately put all of our stuff back in our car. Luckily we were able to make other arrangements, so we went to check out at the front desk and the guy there told us to contact Expedia so we could get our stay refunded. Ya know what never happened? We never got refunded :) even though the place was disgusting and not as described and the man TOLD us we would get refunded. He supposedly told Expedia no on the refund. Don’t bother staying here unless you want to waste your money! We had brought our dog as well, but after seeing that room I didn’t even want my dog to sleep on those floors (that’s how disgusting it was) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on. I slept with toilet paper balled up in my ears for fear of bugs crawling in while I slept ON TOP OF THE COVERS. Im not one to support insurance fraud but this place should definitely consider paying up and lighting a match. Definitely NOT worth the "deal" Expedia said I was getting. Will NOT be chosing Expedias "deal" option again.

The price was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are under new management so they're trying to fix outdated things and get the place fixed up There was no ice machine but there are stores close by that u can get ice.

Holes in ceilings. Door did not latch correctly putting personal belongings at risk of theft. And charged extra when I arrived saying that the price that I was quoted and already paid using hotels.com was now upon arriving 10 min later was another $20 because his system had refreshed.

The cleaning of the room could have been better, when we arrived the top of the fridge was moldy in one room and in the other fridge in the other room was still dirty and in both rooms there was still some dirt in the floors and the bedsheets were still kind of dirty.
