there is not a continental breakfast. there is nothing. a semi clean bathroom a bed and AC. that’s it

Staff was well mannered My bed seem like it had been slept on, roaches and dirt on floor.

Sadly this is not a place to stay. The person at the front desk was nice and did give me a refund. The reviews you read are probably correct, didn’t believe it until I actually showed up. Don’t make the same mistake. The rooms are poorly cleaned or not cleaned. Roaches ✔️ stain on the sheets ✔️ holes in the walls, cracks up the walls to the ceiling ✔️ the floors were sticky. I opened the mini fridge and I see drinks spilled over and sitting in there for some time, It was leaking out and was all over the floor… added the fridge was not even on. There is mold spots on the light shade 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I can go on but I won’t. So overall just pick some place else.

Worst hotel I have ever booked! 1. The toilet was broke in the room we checked into in the first night. 2. There were live roaches in the room. 3. The shower was all scraped up and the drains out of place. 4. The steps were rusty and broken.

- Broken bathroom, unregulated water, always too hot, and cannot be adjusted to the customer's desired temp. Friendly staff, willing to assist and make ones'stay comfortable.

Its terrible the room smell is bad and i got a lot of bites of bed bug the ref dirty and the AC is bad too.

It was close to everything and easy to access We were originally going to stay one night but the next morning decided to stay again so booked another night. After booking another night we went for breakfast came back and left the room around noon to go to the casino. Apon returning the room had been cleaned (which it was not on the list to be cleaned) in all of our belongings were gone. Went to the office and our things were never found. I filed a police report and did receive my money back the next morning for the night before. Clothes, meds, food and personal belonging were still missing.

Yes many things before walking uptown the door it smelled like urine by door also several junkies where standing near entrance staring at my daughters didn’t feel sake also rooms smelled like smoke

After we checked in, we went up to our room and it was DISGUSTING. Mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, the nightstand was broken, the floors were nasty, the toilet was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes (we got a NON-smoking room). My husband and I took one look at the room and immediately put all of our stuff back in our car. Luckily we were able to make other arrangements, so we went to check out at the front desk and the guy there told us to contact Expedia so we could get our stay refunded. Ya know what never happened? We never got refunded :) even though the place was disgusting and not as described and the man TOLD us we would get refunded. He supposedly told Expedia no on the refund. Don’t bother staying here unless you want to waste your money! We had brought our dog as well, but after seeing that room I didn’t even want my dog to sleep on those floors (that’s how disgusting it was) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on. I slept with toilet paper balled up in my ears for fear of bugs crawling in while I slept ON TOP OF THE COVERS. Im not one to support insurance fraud but this place should definitely consider paying up and lighting a match. Definitely NOT worth the "deal" Expedia said I was getting. Will NOT be chosing Expedias "deal" option again.
