Very Clean

A modest hotel that provides all the basics. A good value for the price. And the staff is very jovial and sweet. The bathroom soaps/shampoos were not very good.

Only One chair, no fridge.

Small room for three people

The room was ok, the location is fine. Parking - difficult to find a parking in this area. The hotel provide parking for additional €15 (only if they have free spaces). The staff did not explain properly which parking spot is for the hotel but just told me to park in -1. I ended up having a note in the morning that I used a private spot (feel like being scammed when I paid €15 and ended up using someone else spot just because the staff could not explain properly where to park) The parking itself is very bad, narrow and you can easily scratch your vehicle if you have a big vehicle. Shower - there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Not very nice, specially in winter to take shower in cold water early in the morning.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. I really appreciated ? Only the strong smell of cigarette in the room. I think that solebsmoke in the room before me. It woukd be helpful to have rooms for non smokers

The staff at the reception were very friendly and nice! Dusty, expensive, It’s not a 3 star hotel, I would rate a 1! Very hot room, the fan was small and full of dust, the windows face apartments of the neighbor building, no ac and the fact elevator wasn’t working!

Location is close to a bus stop that takes you directly to Cannes Room wasn’t clean Lift didn’t work on arrival Aircon is not working and instead you get a tiny fan.

It is clean No sufficient parking spaces No elevators most of the time No hot water all day long except the morning Very small and not equipped rooms No air conditioning, it is replaced by a fan

The rooms were a fair size and the staff were top notch, super nice and accommodating and you felt very well taken care of, we had a couple questions during our stay and they always helped us immediately and were kind about it. It was also a reasonably priced hotel if you don’t really have the budget to live in central cannes, and it’s just a short busride away from the city, or a nice 30 minute walk. It was unfortunate that the ac was broken during our stay, it got very warm in the hotelroom, but they were very kind and gave us fans to keep some airflow in the room. We had a somewhat funky door that we really had to bodyslam open, and the room cleaning were somewhat sporadic, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and it’s definitely worth a stay!

The hotel is nice affordable possibility to stay in Cannes, walking distance to the Beach and all attractions. Clean bed and everything what you need is there. Nice guys by the reception

Horrible The reception was super rude with 0 customer service. Air-conditioning in the room is not working. Imagine to sleep in 30 degrees without AC. I tried to open the windows, but it was noisy and full of mosquitoes. I wanted to call the reception the phone is there as decoration not working. I went down to the reception, nobody was there. The vending machine is not working even if you want to buy water or snacks. The shower is clogged
