We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were really helpful, and it was great to have the pool area as well. The floor and bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but this was not really a big issue.

Location N/A

The location was excellent and very comfortable The placement of the kitchenette could have been a little better to allow movement and cooking
-
newly decorated and clean room with a nice view over the pool and the sea in the distance. a bit spartian and not very cosy

Location
-
Good position in a quiet place, close to a bus stop and restaurants. Very quiet at night.
-
Location close to Cannes It’s not a four stars hotel as they claim. Photos are nicer than the actual. Too expensive for what we got.
-
Needs a paint job outside the pink colour is out dated and need more sunbeds
-
I would apreciated if they will let you know that they don"t give you conditioner.

They stole my money last minute. I told them to check out 30 minutes later without fee and they said ok. So when I left they stole 10 euro from me. I need this money back.

Comfy bed even if I paid for a queen bed and got 2 twin beds (one next to the other). The desk/reception is closed at 8 pm... crazy since it's supposed to be a hotel.. Had to personally call the guy at 8:45pm to open the hotel doors for me and give my room key. He was nice but still dont understand why desk is closed so early. The bathroom door was broken. The toilet cap was broken. At 8h45 at check out nobody at the desk. Weird. So I just left my key and went out.

Great hotel to stay a long time, very clean. Near of center of Le Cannet and you can walk to Cannes about 30-40 minutes. You pay for parking 10 euros/ night. We love it.

I asked to clean my room and it was never done.

The staff, except for one gentleman, were not very helpful and didn't seem to communicate with each other. We were told to let them know the evening prior if we wanted breakfast. We did that the first two nights and the breakfast was fine. The third night we advised them and then they said we needed to pay them for the first two breakfasts and the one we would eat the next morning. We agreed to this, but we are accostomed to paying for breakfasts either in advance upon booking or upon check-out. The next morning the breakfast was nearly non-existent. There was no milk, cheese, meat, butter, cooked eggs, or yogurt. There was exactly half of a day old baguette on the buffet. These were all part of the previous two mornings' breakfasts. They admitted it was a really paltry breakfast and offered a free one the next day. We declined the offer and they did refund the cost for the third breakfast.
