Location and that's about it! There was a safe in the room but it was possible to walk out with it as it was not booked down. No staff to greet as had to get key from locked box at the door. Told we had a table booked and then emailed on our way there that the restaurant was closed on Mondays!

Great food and liked room Big fire risk as the key was difficult in the door - therefore couldn’t lock door at night

We have stayed here many times; enough said! Really the restaurant food was excellent previously but the steak this time was faux filet instead of filet and was chewy therefore disappointing as the food and service is the reason for going there.

Nice view out into swamp, very expensive hotel. price, staff who complain about us using booking web site that charges 30%, telling us to ring ahead and book direct.in which case no body would ever of heard of them.

View from the room over the garden, river and fields was lovely, especially appreciated as, due to Covid, we had to have dinner in our room. Excellent dinner provided despite the restaurant being closed. Very friendly lady in reception. The bath had to be clambered into for a shower, which had to be hand held due to no support on the wall for the shower head.
