Room was like a sauna. Even a fan would have been good.

The room was just ok, not very big.

Clean and comfortable rooms, located very near to bars and restaurants.

Check in was easy and friendly with a good understanding of English. Room was peaceful and comfortable. A big plus our dog was allowed into the breakfast room. Probably down to us but we could not find a dog friendly resyaurant for an evening meal and had to get a take away in the end. Only streets to walk our dog on as in town centre. A convenient car park in front of the hotel which we were able to park in as we arrived late afternoon. The car park was very quickly full later.

It was close to where we needed to be. Parking was extremely tight.

Construction outside the window. Bed was on the hard side and the pillows were flat. Wifi is non existent even with 4 options none.held a signal over 3mbps.

The room was pretty large, nice and comfy. Also the bathroom was large and tidy. The staff was helpful, providing the needed information. The hotel has its own private, free parking. That was of much convenience for me, since I traveled by car. The hotel is at walking distance from downtown, hence the location is great. I had no issues with staying there.

Friendly English speaking staff. Close to train, tram, and walking distance to old downtown. No AC in rooms if you have a summer heat wave. Pillows.

Very friendly staff and a warm welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and having free on-site parking was a big plus. The room was basic, but the bed was comfortable. A rug and a lounge chair would make it feel cozier. Overall, a great spot for a short stay while exploring the region. Would gladly return!

The staff changed our bedroom for a ground floor because we had two dogs, we didn’t ask them, they offered. We are returning in two weeks on the return journey. Nothing.

We stayed one day In Le Mans on our Journey Home and the Hotel was lovely with free onsite parking , Dog friendly also free , The hotel itself looks recently refurbished with well appointed rooms , The check in and staff were very efficient and friendly , It was also very Central to Bars , restaurants , and supermarkets all in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend none

Perfect basic dog friendly hotel for our one night stay. Nothing

Old fashion but in good condition, with a mid century modern style. Huge bedroom and king size bed, very comfortable. OK breakfast. Good location, not far from the gorgeous Cité Plantagenêt. No kettle in bedroom. Bathroom could do with some modernisation.

Easy to find with own car park. Fab room, very comfortable and Spotless. Great value for money.

Checking out. Our hotel room was nothing like we expected from the website pictures. It is in need of a complete refurbishment like the rooms in the online views. Furniture is outdated, bathroom is horrendous, towels and pillows are threadbare. Room numbers are written in pen on doors ! We arrived late in the evening after a 10 hour car journey just wanting to relax in our room with a hot drink and snack but this wasn't possible as no facilities in room for this. Had to pay night concierge for tea and coffee from a machine and were handed takeaway menus . Maybe this is the only room like this in hotel but it should not be used until it is refurbished. If we were not so tired we would have left to look for somewhere else for the night.
