Not much Old and uncomfortable

The location is in the middle of no where and awful to reach by anything other than a car.

We booked this room to have air conditioning in the summer heat. The air conditioning did not work as supposed to. During the morning, hotel staff were also shouting in the corridors while cleaning rooms, which was very unpleasant.

Room had enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Desk in the room is convenient for meals and to get ready in the morning. Free parking is a plus. Room and bathroom were very, very small. Difficult to move around in.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient location near Avranches and autoroute. Short drive to Mont Saint Michel. On-site parking. Decent basic breakfast. No complaints, but guests need to keep in mind that this a basic budget hotel, so don’t expect large spacious rooms.

It isn't the comfiest or cleanest place to stay but it was conveniently located for us, the staff was friendly and it had secure parking so it was ok for one night, wouldn't stay longer than that.

Clean and easy to use amenities. Staff called to have card details as security, polite and to the point. Mattress firm and clean bedding. On the self check-in machine, the menu is not really user friendly. Few people arriving before and after, us including. had difficulty scrolling down the screen on one of the final steps of check-in/payment. And since the final green button is not visible right away, it is hard to understand that it is just a quarter of the screen down. Would be very helpful to have an illustrated example of this step handing next to the machine on the wall. We are sure it saves many tired travelers from frustration. Otherwise very nice value for money.

Parking on site, quick and easy access from the major road, good warm breakfast, within 25 min drive of Mt St Michel, good price, near nature paths..........We had a 4 person room which is hard to find in most places, 2 beds were in a loft, good for family travel, even though a bit tight. We were just in and out in route so it was perfect. There was an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Very quick access to the major route passing by the town, for travelling on but no traffic noise that was bothersome. Next to it was a French bakery, if one did not want to use the breakfast option. The hotel is in a commercial center outside of the town. If the reception is not staffed (starts 5 pm), then the machine to check in had no obvious English button, but it worked fine to check in with a little bit of French. Of note, the access to rooms is via doors to a balcony, not an indoor hallway. Also, if you are a 'standard American size' person, it may seem very tight for you. Should have scheduled more time to see the area there and the town!

Staff were great. Very very polite and humble. Comfortable beds for couple. Fresh breakfast. Clean. Room could have been slightly bigger, but since the beds were super comfortable l, I would still suggest to checkin to this hotel if you are not craving for big space.

Its okay. Narrow step going to the second floor. Two family members fell.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had in this type of accommodation in France. When we arrived we spoke to your receptionist who went above and beyond with helping us - I was meeting up with my son and his partner. I am so sorry I have forgotten the name of this lady but she was exceptional with her help and welcome. Everything was as it should be. I have nothing negative to say.

Nice, simple hotel, good location when you looking for something cheaper close to Mont Saint Michel and are by car. Room small but comfy. Staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

Location and parking. Dog friendly. Cleanliness. Bed clean but floor and bathroom dirty. It had a bad smell in room due to floor being dirty and dusty. No shower gel available as this was empty. No staff available at check in to discuss issues.
