What expedia charges are not same as what was charged when i was at property, for check in

The property was not clean. The room was fine and the AC worked really well. The restroom did not look like it was very clean. I did not use the shower in there. My son did but he said he needed to use his sandals because it was gross.

Dirty, horrible place.

Had a good stay after a long day of driving. Room was clean. Only complaint was that the room felt a bit damp from the outside humidity and that the air conditioner compressor was clicking on and off trying to get going but did seem to work once it did get going. Otherwise all was good.

I’ve written numerous times about this property and I will every time. If you’re looking for safety, value, good customer service, clean accommodations, soft beds and linens, a short drive from Nashville, close distance to numerous restaurants, a staff that does their job well without being a nuisance …..this is it. I actually use to work at the Hilton Downtown and I would choose this place every time. You can relax, enjoy Nashville for a week without spending every cent of your savings. The pool and grounds are kept up daily. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. It is slightly dated. So are the $300 a night hotels downtown. The noise is limited and actually quiet for its location. If you need anything….ask. They are more than willing to help in anyway. I see middle class and business travelers here. Everyone is kind. I have to give a shoutout to Carla who works the front desk during the day. Thank you so much for taking care of my extended stay so quick and efficiently!! She’s fast, funny, and delightful to interact with. The hotel is not new but kept very clean and neat. Since I extended my stay, I didn’t need my room cleaned but I needed new towels and wash rags. Caught the ladies as they were going by and they were more than helpful. They got me fresh towels, replaced my coffee because I asked, and replaced my trash liners. Fast and efficient. Thank you so much ladies. I know your job isn’t easy. As many people that work here you would think there would be more noise but there isn’t. Walk out the door any given morning and you will find guys stripping beds, while the house keepers go from room to room cleaning behind them. You’ll find, at least one, but most of the time two people cleaning the pool, trash being emptied, breakfast being served, yard being mowed, someone walking through making sure all trash is picked up, etc. Everyone doing their job, ready to help you, but making sure they don’t disturb. That makes this place pretty valuable. I have written reviews on this property over the last two years truthfully and I will every time I stay. Thank you for the hospitality. Well done.

It was a nice hotel with a good breakfast

The place is dirty, the AC didn’t work and the it was full of dirt, the room was also dirty, the hallway by the rooms hasn’t been clean in years. The break fast is terrible, no people should be eating that, is not real food. Avoid this place !!!!!

I didn't stay for breakfast. The room smelled moldy and mysty and seemed damp. The refrigerator didn't work.

Clean overall, friendly staff. Good price Or room was very humid, even with the AC on full blast. It had a lingering smell in the bathroom that we noticed immediately, the shower curtain rods were falling out of wall. Breakfast had a variable selection but it was low quality.
