The room was musty and ALL of the pillows smelled strongly of mildew. We had to cover the pillows in bath towels to tolerate the smell. Towels also had leftover hairs all over them. I don’t know how this place has such glowing reviews. We stayed in room 321. If they try to assign that one to you, ask for another room.

Overall, our experience was fine. Our room felt a bit stuffy (similar to that of the pool), and the PTAC unit (A/C) struggled to get our room adequately cooled. Can't speak to the amenities as we didn't really use them. Breakfast was fine. This facility was fine for the price.

Stayed 6 nights. Breakfast was varied which was nice. Staff overall was good. Female desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with our key a couple times and she took care of it and checked to make sure we were doing well. The room was a little humid/musty but was comfortable temp and it is summer in Tennessee. Great location for where we needed to be and affordable.

AC didn’t work in my room . Desk clerk made me wait over an hour telling me it would cool down and never did. Finally switched my room and new ac was much better now

Not great breakfast. Burn bacon! I asked the front desk to give me the receipt he said it sent my email. I dislike it. I did not ask for protection plan $9.

While this was adequate for me while traveling alone and just needing a place to lay my head before the second day of a long road trip, I would not bring my family here. The shower in my room could use some attention to detail in cleaning, and the entire place had a distinct smell that wasn’t offensive but also wasn’t what I’d call pleasant or inviting.

CREDIT card required to stay here for incidentals. $150 hold on a CREDIT card to be exact. I've stayed at 100s of hotels and have always used a debit card for incidentals, never had an issue. Usually a $25-$50 hold and it falls off after a couple days after checking out. So we were unable to stay here after getting there at midnight, after driving all day. Just want to save someone else the headache of searching for another hotel in the middle of the night with 2 kiddos that were ready for a bed. Not everyone carries credit cards.
