The location is very convenient to everything. We could walk around to the old town in a very short time. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood . The facility is very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was small but comfortable . The staff were very nice and friendly. The front desk person ( Frederica) was very nice and detailed with giving us instructions and information about the hotel. The breakfast menu was substantial and good. I wish the room was a bit bigger.

Great location, clean, new, modern and just outside the city walk. Easy to get everywhere. Lack of easy parking, although we did find street parking a few blocks away.

Excellent location, nice complementary breakfast, quiet, clean, updated, chic hotel. The hotel was great and Lecce is an interesting place but way too crowded with tourists.

Comfortable, quiet room, good beds, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff – but what makes it outstanding is the clever design of the rooms and the hotel. The rooms were in a separate section accessible by key card and had an exit right into the old town, 5 min from the cattedrale. Another big plus: a guest laundry (easy instructions painted on the wall!). Parking was off the main entrance in a parking lot. The AC shut off when the window was opened. Instructions were painted on the wall, e.g. ‚Always on‘ said one outlet (charging all these gadgets we need nowadays) even when the key card was not in its slot.

Breakfast was made to order and tasty. Staff were great. Front desk very helpful in organizing tours and car for transfer. Coin operated washer and dryer was appreciated. Off season so club and bar not active. Unusual access to rooms. Rooms were a little Spartan. Construction behind hotel made access to Historic Center more difficult. Wish bar and club were active.

Great hotel, quiet, good location, excellent breakfast. Strong wifi, super good water pressure, and hot water. All was good.

Everything! We love this hotel and have stayed here 3-4 times now. Federica, Lara, Vittorio and the rest of the team are helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is included and delicious. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lecce. The location is perfect. The front door is in the modern part, so easy access by taxi or car and the back door opens onto the historic district. There’s nothing not to like. Beds are comfortable, rooms are enormous by European standards.

The location, staff and cleaning

The receptionist Frederika was excellent in helping us plan our itineraries. The location was great for walking to the old city and for ease of parking. The hotel was clean and the maids were very good. The breakfast was very good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast variety was lacking. The room size was a bit small and decor was bare. The king bed advertised was two singles pushed together.
