Luxury B&B

The room was clean and comfortable. During the first part of my stay, the host was very responsive whenever I had questions and was quick to assist. I appreciated the good communication at the beginning of my stay. The main issue was the air conditioning. During the last few days of my stay, it became unreliable. It would often turn off by itself, and when there was no power light on the unit, the remote control would not work. Because of the summer heat and my daily 35-minute walk to and from school, having a working air conditioner was very important. On my last night, I also couldn’t find the remote control, even though it had been in the room before I went out, so I couldn’t use the air conditioning at all. Communication also became much slower toward the end of my stay, with some replies taking a couple of days. The property was about a 35-minute walk from my school, which was longer than I expected and quite difficult in the summer heat. Guests planning to walk regularly should keep this in mind.

. Poor english communication, they also charged us an extra 50 euro because of foundation stain on towels, wish is easily washable, but they clamed it was ruined.

The bed was comfortable The fact that i paid 500 euro, and i had to ask for sanitry items, they replied that they put them, 2 days without them.

Good location, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Light in the bathroom on movement detector, it would turn off when I was taking a shower.

Ease of booking.. last minute due to plan changes. Comfortable room, bed & bathroom...hair-dryer as well. Aircon, TV good size.. large. Fridge in the room... not the norm anymore Small balcony, which I didn't have time to use. Ample street parking.. Hosts were only seen on check-in.. no big issue. N.B. I was fine, but my room was up 3 flights of stairs.. No tea or coffee making facilities.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Luca very nice host, room was clean, excellent value for money.

The rooms were perfectly sized and furnished. Check-In and -out were mostly hassle-free, except we apparently didn't receive some instructions. The matter was resolved quickly though. The neighbourhood was quiet The location is pretty far from the centre and the train station.

Cleanliness, close to city centre and also walking distance to big shopping centre. Bed was comfy. It is a walking distance to a very nice area with coffee shops, restaurants full with locals. It seems safe area. It is not a touristy area- it's normal local neighborhood and some of the neighbours have loud barking dogs. I read it in previous comments and i thought it won't be a a problem for me but it was really loud.
