No breakfast lovely room and great location. The host was excellent. Pretty tight. Very small.

Everything was perfect. Immaculately clean and the most comfortable bed with perfect pillows. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious and AnnMarie was welcoming and friendly. Centrally located in the Old City. Quiet, modern room. Nice Italian breakfast to start your day. If any mobility issues, very steep stairs and no elevator available for guest use during our stay. Towels and sheets are well past their best before date (but not a reason not to stay here).

Great location, clean rooms. We had 3 rooms, one had no windows and one had the shower in the bedroom area.

Breakfast not included. Location was great. However the property location address was different than what was advertised. We used the property street advertised and our private driver took us to that location. He was not able to drive his car to the address. The property location was at a different place. It was difficult locating the place while pulling luggage over cobblestones walkways. Property location was different than what was noted on the informational documents from booking.com

Exceptional

Location is perfect, staff is nice & welcoming. The only thing that was not satisfying - breakfast is too basic. Unfortunately the facilities themselves do not allow to provide better breakfast but still it was not enough for us. For the people who like to have breakfast outside - no issue at all as there are lots of cafe around.

No key, remotely open, gave us a feeling of not being secure. Property was Difficult to find, directions not great, lots of little streets to turn down, difficult to access with bags. Perhaps just the night we were there, but very noisy. Broken chair, lights in bathroom didn’t work. Only stayed 1 of our 2 nights.

Before checkin they provide a video on how to enter the main door. This video is only piece of wayfinding to be sure you are in the correct location. Both Google maps and the host will state that the address is 5. The actual address is 8. The name on the wall mounted mailbox is not the name of the property. There isn’t any signage outside that says Signuria Dimora Exclusiva. The back bedroom has a lot of plumbing noise in the walls from the apartment above. Nothing that can be done easily about that.

Excellent location in the heart of Lecce's old town. Easy walking to the railway and bus stations for visiting other towns. Good-sized clean room with modern toilet/shower. The room was cleaned, and the bed was made up daily (bathing towels are provided for the length of our stay, i.e., not changed daily). The manager/owner was very responsive, helping to book the best taxi, recommend restaurants etc. The basic breakfast is on the 3rd floor, which has quite a few steps, some of which are deep. The excellent pasticcio is so worth the effort!

Clean, great location and very helpful staff Only one minor suggestions. Two key cards would have been helpful so that one person could leave and one could stay be behind. The key card was needed to keep the lights on.

Location excellent for central Lecce. Quiet and only one flight stairs. Very helpful owner Luca. Best mattress I slept on in Puglia. At last an owner who invests in quality bed base set up. Well done. Balcony breakfasts a great location with very helpful lady serving us. Fresh orange juice and fruit excellent. Did not enjoy idea of using bathrobes at towels. On request Luca gave us proper towels and all much better. Maybe for breakfast offer boiled eggs or some alternatives.
