Nice location very close to Lecce city centre, 10min walking. Spacious room with bathroom. Bubiana was very welcoming and always available to our requests. Gated parking.

Villa is located very close to the city center, 10 min walk. It has private parking (10 EUR) which is very important since it's close to impossible to find public parking near by. Check-in was easy. Room is very clean and spacious, good bathroom.

Location was very good and close to the center. There was a paid private parking, which took off the pressure of searching for one. Host was very helpful and thorough, sending us all the necessary information for a self check-in. There were ants in the kitchen and one thing we didn't like, was that there was only one bathroom, which was connected to one of the bathrooms. A second toilet with sink was available next to the bedroom. Another great thing was that had sort of a private garden in the backyard with seating area. In good weather we stayed outside and had drinks there in the evening.

Esay to pay The entry is a little dangerous because the stairs. In the video you can see that I had a little stumbling block, but I think it is because teh similar colours od the steps. That is all!

Perfect location near to the old city center in Lecce. Matteo, the host, was really clear throughout our communication and everything went really smooth. He also helped with a lot of good suggestions of restaurants in Lecce and helped sort out quickly any other issue we had. Pasticciotto for breakfast is definitely the right choice!

The jet tub was awesome. The bathroom was clean, but the bedroom was dusty and the blanket was definitely not clean. The room was so, so much smaller than it looked in the pics. It was presented like a love nest online, but in real life the bed was so creaky that you could barely move on it without it making a comedy-like loud noise. It was absolutely not suitable for a romantic getaway. The mattress was rock hard, and thin. I only slept a few hours but my spine and neck genuinely hurt from the mattress when we left. But the worst part was the noisy valve in the toilet flush system. Every 20 mins all night long the toilet flush would moan. It was loud enough to wake me up even though I was wearing earplugs. The paint is chipped. You can see the roller marks in the bathroom paint. Half the fittings have cracks around them. The whole room seemed like it had been finished to a lower standard than it should have been. This is the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever slept in, and it was DEFINITELY not the nicest. It was meant to be a treat before waking up early and going to the airport. It was a rough night. I also was shocked that for that price there was nobody working there. We paid €180 and expected a certain level of comfort and service. I will say that I saw tons of good reviews online and in the guest book, so I have wondered if we just got a bad room. The lobby was clean and beautiful and welcoming. But our room was bad, and I felt like we’d been conned. I hope they improve that space. Make it less tacky. Improve the bed. Dust it more. Fix the toilet valve!!!

The property was clean, quiet and easy walking distance from the centre. I was travelling around Italy staying in different accommodations and this was by far the most comfortable.

Good location - an easy walk to the old town. Grocery store and many good restaurants close by. Matteo provided phenomenal service. They even installed an extra air conditioner as the weather outside started to get a little hot. Maybe a larger seating area inside but with the great weather there were several comfortable patio chairs outside.

Our travel plan changed, we needed to find a place to stay. Staff was accommodating, curtesy, and the accommodations were immaculate.
