B&B Piazza 300mila

Location is outstanding. Local parking garage was very close & convenient. Breakfast was indulgent! Amazing pastries, fruit, cookies, smoked salmon, caprese salad, cappuccino all before you even order your eggs! There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

It is a gorgeous property tastefully decorated. Every detail was well thought out and nicely curated. I love rooftop pool. The breakfast at 300Mila bar was something we look forward to. Abundant spread with whatever item you desire. The services were what made the experience even more special. Matteo who is the owners son, gave great recommendations and helped us arrange beach club reservations. He even arranged to serve us fresh burrata cheese for breakfast. Chris was our onsite help and he was always there to help with whatever we needed.

Staying at Casa300 was the best possible decision. My husband and I have traveled extensively in many luxury properties around the world, and this place blew us away. First, and most importantly, the owners Davide, Ekaterina and Matteo will welcome you like long lost family and spoil you with generous hospitality. The property is perfectly situated, stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean. The room is a tad small, but appointed with everything you could possibly desire with plenty of storage, a wonderful shower, comfy bed, and delicious goodies and lovely bath products. And then comes the breakfast….fabulous and more delicious food than anyone could possibly eat. Service is impeccable and no request is ever too much to ask and delivered with a genuine smile. Lecce is beautiful, but these hosts elevate your experience to extraordinary. Thank you to all for delivering a holiday we will always treasure.

This is an incredible experience of a fantastic southern Puglian city, Lecce, experienced in a private, family townhouse with all the elements of a 5-Star Hotel and a great restuarant across the street. We were very impressed by every aspect and the hosts themselves, Davide and Ekaterina were marvelous. If you want to feel you live in your own exquisite townhouse in Lecce, this is the place to stay. Incantevole! Absolutely nothing.

David’s and Ekatrina have a philosophy that there are no tourist, only family. We felt like family the moment we arrived. Their warmth, grace, and generosity were beyond any that I have ever experienced.

Everything!! The hotel, food, staff and owners were a 20 out of 10. Nothing it was perfect!

It's almost impossible to fully describe the experience we had at Casa 300Mila. I will start by saying that it was the best experience we've had staying in a hotel anywhere! The hotel itself - more like a mansion with 4 private guest rooms - is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The owners, Davide and Ekaterina, are perhaps the kindest, most hospitable people we have ever met. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, special, and at home. The room includes breakfast at the owners' restaurant/bar across the street. The breakfast is truly astonishing in terms of the quality and quantity of the food! We treated it as a brunch and didn't need to eat again until dinner each day we were there. There is so much more I could say about our stay that made it so special, but I will just close by saying that I highly recommend Casa 300Mila to anyone staying in Lecce!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this property and the owners, Davide and Ekaterine. They treated us like family and went over and above to make our stay excellent. The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous, clean, spacious, and welcoming. We used the common area a lot and every time we did, Chris and Marcos were there to make sure we didn't need anything. The service was impeccable. We can't wait to return and see Davide, Ekaterine, Marcos and Chris again. We hope to stay there several more times in the future! A real gem!

Casa 300Mila is a stunning place with luxurious amenities and every detail beyond our expectations. The hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The location is perfect for walking into the centro storico, the room and the building are both beautiful, and the private pool is incredible. The breakfast is delicious and was one of our best in Italy — come hungry! Davide and Ekaterina are thoughtful and warm hosts and the rest of the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Loveliest hotel and hosts I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve traveled a lot. Spectacular in every way. Grand architecture. Room had everything. Hotel owners are present, available and unimaginably helpful. The excellent staff reflects on the devotion of the owners to providing the superior experience.

There are only four rooms in the hotel---but what great rooms. The entire interior of the hotel has been completely renovated, so you have all the comforts of a modern hotel. The hotel owners also own a SPECTACULAR restaurant and bar across the street. The food and the ambience were far better than any other place we stayed at in Italy, but the real reason I'd give this place 7 stars (on a scale of 5): The owners. David and Ekaterina were unbelievably kind to us--but based on other reviews, that's the way they treat everyone. They addressed our every need, and then---are you sitting down---they held a birthday party for my wife. David actually cooked the meal, and then they surprised her with a fabulous birthday cake. They gave us great advice for our visit to Lecce and beyond. We chose 300Mila because of the terrific reviews from previous guests. You can believe everything they said---and more. We have traveled to 83 countries.... stayed in some of the fanciest (and most expensive) hotels in the world.... and our visit to Casa 300Mila beats them all. If you want maximum comfort in a beautiful and welcoming setting at a very fair price, this is the place to stay. We loved everything about this place---especially the hospitality. We've never felt more welcome or better cared for at any other hotel.

First I want to say when you see all of the 5* reviews for Casa 300Mila they are all absolutely true!!! We were on a leisure trip and Mr. Davide and Mrs. Ekaterine treated us as if we were famous and on our honeymoon. The place exceeded any and all of our expectations! Great people, location and amazing food! Every guest is warmly welcomed by Ekaterina and David as they invite you into their ultra-modern home, situated within a charming family villa just steps away from the old center of the city. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered and designed. To say that Ekaterina and David are welcoming hosts is an understatement—they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. As for the food, David is a gourmet chef and owns a restaurant across the street. So, morning begins with his extensive and delicious breakfast. We had an amazing experience and absolutely looking forward to visiting Ekaterina and David again!. None

The breakfast was amazing . Davide the owner cooked for us a delicious and very special and varied restaurant with local fruit , produce and meats. Different dishes every morning in addition to large fruit and pastry trays. Ekaterina his wife was most welcoming giving recommendations and seeing to our needs and wants. We are life long travelers and I can honestly say that 300 Mila is the most wonderful hotel that we have stayed having stayed in many great hotels . The restoration of a beautiful building with high quality materials, tall ceilings and great decoration with well chosen, individually curated objects. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. Davide and his wife Ekaterine as well as all their entire staff could not be more inviting. Casa 300Mila is absolutely stunning and leaves you with the impression that you are staying in someone beautiful home. The breakfast is a gastronomical delight and worthy of a Michelene star. Come with an appetite, it’s amazing. After too short of a stay we felt like we were saying goodbye to long time friends. Can’t wait to return. Not a single thing!
