Good building and the room was okay, beautiful garden where have breakfast to. You can Check in only online and the operation is so long, i booked just before start my trip with my car and while i was driving the host wrote me that i should have done the online check-in, so i had to stop in the highway for do this. Arrived at the b&b the check in online system hadn’t finished verifing my identity yet so i didn’t have the electronic key, i called the host and he answered me after 30 minutes i were outside in a very rude way and he started yelling to me why i hadn’t done online check in earlier and he hung up on me. Worst stay experience in my life.

The room was comfortable and spotless and the location was perfect for our stay.

It felt more like an AirB&B (with breakfast), rather than a B&B. Not very personable. Also requested gluten-free options for breakfast on multiple occasions, but it was not accommodated.

The property is located close to the city center. There is a parking located 300m from the building and some parking lots on the street next to property for 60 cent per hour. We did not meet the owner. When we arrived we sent him an email and he guided as on WhatsApp how to enter the property and room. Our room was big, modern, very clean, with comfy bed and everything we needed (toiletries, hair dryer, plenty of towels, slippers, coffee machine, two bottels of water...). The breakfast offering was great. The lady was baking cakes while we were eating our breakfast. She was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful backyard. There was slight noise from apartment above and lady preparing breakfast. But it did not affect our sleep or disturb us. It is normal for all properties and hotels with several people.

The property is located close to the old town and in a quiet street. We took up the parking for 15€ per day, which is located about 300m from the building. You can access the carpark at any time you require. If you have a car, I recommend this. The room was modern, comfortable and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast offering was great. Quite a few home baked cakes and savouries were on offer as well as meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt etc. Good coffee was also offered. A special call out to Michaela who is in charge of breakfast and housekeeping and is one of those rare people that has an infectious personality. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always checking if we needed anything. It also turned out that she was celebrating her birthday on the same day as my partner and we had such fun talking and singing happy birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even brought my partner a gift after breakfast. Brilliant! You may read reviews that mention noise. It is true that the people upstairs make a racket when they move furniture or walk in heels and it sounds like they are almost in your apartment. It appears there is no acoustic dampening in the building, so I suspect there is nothing the host could do about it. During our stay, the noise was limited to them getting ready for work in the morning and for a short time in the evening. Our sleep was not impacted. However, I wish to stress, that the occasional noise was quickly forgotten when taking all other aspects into account.

walking distance to restaurants. stores… the quaint backyard eating area communication difficulties ( partly my doing by not reaching out ahead of time to verify time we might arrive)in how to use front door entrance pad to go in and check in. But it all worked out in the end!

The location was great for walking around this beautiful town. Less than 10 minutes walk from centre. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and home made food daily. The ladies preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were of a good quality and all in working order. The garden was pretty. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was at the front of the building and directly at street level resulting in some traffic noise etc. Also as in an apartment building, slight noise from apartment above ie hoovering at 7.30 am. Property could benefit from motion detector lights in hallways as completely in darkness at night.

Gianluca was a great host. He let us check in early and met with us to give us the key to the room. We had a room with a garden view where we would have breakfast prepared by the friendly lady that works there. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Gianluca would check on us to see if we needed assistance with anything.

There is a nice garden where one can have breakfast. Breakfast was not good. No bread at all. Just ham, no cheese (difficult for a vegetarian). Contact to the B&B not so easy.
