Great location. Walking distance to everything. Nice apartment. Very comfortable. Good sandwich Restaurant and bar were 30 meters away Difficult to find. Bookings gave us directions to a location nearby. Room wasn’t marked. It took awhile to get in touch with the owner who showed us where the apartment was located

Unique studio in a convenient yet tucked-away location. Around the corner from an enjoyable live music venue, restaurants, and cafes.

The location was excellent. Enough space for a couple, really comfy bed and close to a really nice area with bars and restaurants. The owner answers really quickly and she helps us. A microwave or sink could be excellent because there is a fridge and some kitchen items.

We loved the location and Antonella was a very good host. The apt was fine although we cooked every night and hot water in the kitchen would have improved the experience. There were some dodgy electrics but to be expected in an old stone building I guess. The outdoor area was wonderful and everything was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you.

The location and the terrace were great. The ad is quite misleading, it shows photos from both apartments, giving the impression that there’s more space than there actually is. There are no true bedrooms—only pull-out couches and two beds in the loft, with no privacy for guests and little furniture to use. During our stay, heavy rain caused the ceiling to leak in several places, soaking our jackets and the floors. The kitchen was also not adequately equipped for six people to dine in. On the positive side, the host was very kind and helpful, and the location is superb. However, I would not recommend this place for larger groups.

Booked apartment with Terrace. Terrace is really nice. Location is great. Careful how you drive there because of the ZTL. It is really a studio with all sleeping spaces in the same room- A queen and two twins upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs. The queen is comfortable. The other beds a little less so. Appreciated coffee and supplies in the kitchen. Shower was great.

The apartment is lovely and the location is excellent, right in the old town with lots of dining options available. The bed was super comfy, and the host was most gracious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonky kitchen tap was funny

The location was great, the owner or manager was quick to respond to questions. It was a very cute place enjoyed our stay. We didn't know how to turn on coffee maker in morning. It took a switch to be turned on which I suggest to have some instructions in the apt. for this.

The walls are degraded and decayed so watch out to not have your clothes dirty with yellow sand.

It has an AMAZING terrace.

Located in the center of the old town, and right in the Piazza. It is a lively area with restaurants and bars nearby. It truly gives you the feeling of living in the old days as the apartment is pretty original and has not been renovated much! AC was also very good during the hot time we were there. The plumbing had a bad smell at times, but it would come and go. If you’re looking for a newly renovated place, this is not the apartment for you. It can also get quite noisy at night with a nearby bar

The apartment has some real positives: the balcony was our favorite spot and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Lecce’s old town. There’s also a charming little bar below with a speakeasy feel and great music late into the night, which we really enjoyed. we did run into several comfort issues during our stay that we feel are worth mentioning for future guests. The mattresses were the biggest problem—old, thin and springy, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The couch was also very worn and uncomfortable. The apartment overall has a lot of potential, but could benefit from a few thoughtful upgrades to improve basic comfort—like replacing the mattresses, updating the bedding, and adding a smart TV. A pulley system to get luggage upstairs might be a helpful idea, the spiral staircase is challenging. The kitchen had a strong musty smell and could use some attention or renovation. Lighting throughout the apartment was quite dim, especially in the bathroom. We also had a tough time getting the toilet to flush consistently, which was frustrating. Only a single bottle of shampoo was provided, so we had to purchase our own body wash—no big deal, but something to note. There were some written materials in the apartment, but none in English, and no one was there to welcome us or walk us through anything, so we had to figure it out on our own. To be fair, the apartment was generally clean and the photos are accurate. But photos don’t show the feel of a place—the comfort of the furniture, the musty smell, or how dim the lighting is. We can tell the owner cares about the place, and with a few relatively small improvements, it could easily become a much more comfortable and charming rental. We’re sharing this feedback with honesty and kindness, because we truly believe it could be a fantastic spot with just a little more attention to guest comfort.

N/A WiFi didn’t work, it’s not a particularly nice place, the music from the bar across the road is very loud until the early hours of the morning and the staff were not at all responsive. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!

The location was excellent.

Very beautifully presented property in a nice part of the old town It wasn’t the easiest to know how to get in

Living room and bedroom are lovely. Terrace is very nice. Location is awesome right in the old town. Kitchen is a bit cramped and old.

A beautiful looking apartment with spacious balcony overlooking a square and cafes in an historic area. A very good location relative to the centre and the bus station. Walkable distances to all areas of interest. The main bed was very comfortable Small bits - the bathroom and kitchen could do with an update, the sun shade on the balcony wasn't working , but nothing serious.

The location is right in the heart of Lecce, short walk to main cathedral and restaurant strip. The large undercover car park is an easy, flat 300m walk away (approx). Apartment was very dirty, dusty and the 'kitchen' was hidden under a hinge-top bench. There was food grime in the sink - we couldn't bear to use it. I thought it was clear by booking a 'family suite' that we would need more than one bed. The second bed was not made up when we got there and there was no spare linen or blankets to be found. When I contacted the owner about this the response was rude and sounded like it was big inconvenience to bring the bedding to the apartment. The small bed that I was expected to sleep on was not fit for adult use and should be thrown away. It was more like a broken cot that had a big lump in the centre where the two halves are supposed to join up. We ended up rearranging the bigger bed ourselves - thankfully this was two single beds joined together. The apartment is not sound proofed and we heard every noise from the street outside our door - people eating, talking, garbage collection, loud music etc etc etc all night long. We didn't sleep at all.
