The only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

Good location, spacious room, good bed, good food Being in older building, plumbing sounds were disturbing especially at nights. Very annoying. Some sounds late night from bar customers but that’s expected from such location. Bathroom layout and shower size are not good.

Very central location and great breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well maintained m. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the authentic Italian charm of property. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

Breakfast was great and the staff amazing (Ciccio,Zura,Francesca Emmanuella, Jakob, Arturo .and of course the owner too . They were always ready to help and accomodate us . Loved it !!! There is nothing I can say that I didn’t like .

Excellent location just around the corner from Piazza Sant’Oronzo .. Beautiful room with kitchen… Lovely breakfast at Miro’s Cafe.. Staff was great and accommodating .. and speak English… Arturo was so helpful and friendly.. Highly recommend!

Location and large balcony Small bathroom

The location was superb. The restaurant was wonderful, with thoughtful staff who went the extra mile to make a birthday dinner special--we mean you, Arturo! We got a 20% discount in the restaurant because we were B&B guests. The breakfasts were generous and well-prepared. We had a courtyard outside our room, complete with friendly neighborhood cats, which we enjoyed. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need to be upgraded. A couple of handles came off. But the room was very clean and both the room and bathroom were spacious, unusual in Italy.

Excellent location. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Staff were patient and kind. Parking outside the historic center was challenging.

The BnB was charming and clean. Right in the center of the old town it made exploring easy. My hosts were very nice and helpful. I ate at the restaurant and the service and food was very good.

The location was beautiful and the apartment was amazing. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Staff was VERY hospitable, also!! Secondary beds were small.

Good breakfast made to order. Location. Like almost places on Booking.com, the ratings are inflated. The owners have learned to manipulate the rating system. An 8.9 rating leads to disappointment. A rating of 7.9 would be more accurate and not lead to disappointment.

The place was very nice, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and an incredible location. The bonus of breakfast and 20% discount at the restaurant was great. The WiFi wasn't working when I first arrived, but they fixed it.

The unit was clean and newer, breakfast was amazing! and the dinner deal with partner restaurant is a good deal
