Chiesa Greca Suites - Lecce Selection

we loved the location. Being in the old town is epic. We loved walking at night and all day and over to rent bikes, etc. Not having parking is a bit of a pain but we understand and managed. i loved the space and the old building and the ceilings. The history of the building is wonderful and what i wanted. the kitchen was very basic but we made it work. The shower bottom leaked so we used towels to stop it from making a mess so that part was unfortunate and slippery.

The location was the only good thing about this property. The pictures are misleading. The room is tiny and crammed with furniture you couldn’t even open the dresser. The bathroom is so small there isn’t even room for a place to put toilet paper (not joking). There isn’t even a coffee maker in the shared kitchen area which is very dirty. Also, the room was not ready at normal check-in time, and they wouldn’t even let me store luggage while they took extra time. Host was rude when I was asking when the room would be ready.

The flat is getting old. Almost none existing kitchen appliances in my room. The toiletries, such as the soap, were very sparse. It was very bothersome that the staff pretended there was a blackout just to check if I was still in the flat, especially since it was before the checkout time I had already provided (which was the 'normal' one).

Location. Laundry. Beware - the “deluxe double room with balcony “ is a fraudulent description. We booked this room and there was no balcony. The lady on the phone acknowledged that there is no balcony and said she would look into a partial refund ( I requested). But the manager refused any partial refund. Why would we pay for a facility that was not there ? They should update the description to remove balcony. Also they advertise parking but there is none. There is only paid street parking available to anyone who is in the city. Communication was also not great. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The room was gorgeous and comfortable, no street noise whatsoever. The staff were easy to communicate with over whatsapp. Best location in Lecce town!

Excellent place in the historical center of Lecce. Old original furniture and artifacts made that we felt like in eighteen century

Za, the manager was exceedingly helpful. He went beyond expectations and helped me retrieve a thumb drive i inadvertently left in my room. I really appreciated his effort

Location Shower minimal water pressure,no TV,not that we minded,only earl grey tea bags,no milk if you wanted milk in your coffee or tea,unstable table for making coffee and tea with hot boiling water. Room could have been a little brighter.

Superb

Located in the historical center of Lecce, close to restaurants, shops and sights to visit. Spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen too small with a limited equipment.

The location is just perfect. You are in the very centre of Lecce, just few meters from a parking. The apartment is small but cosy. Perfect for a weekend of short stay for 1 person or a couple.

Big. Lovely. Clean. In old town. Close to everything. Check in with key in small locker at door. Big living room area. Lovely little kitchen. Lovely old town atmosphere. Parking very close to building - paid - but we found free parking close by.

Great location in Lecce's beautiful historic quarter just minutes from restaurants and sites to visit Plumbing leak and low water pressure in shower Appliances need repair ( in room and kitchen refrigerators have excessive freezing)

Comfortable place and nice host. The only down side was there was a bit of mold in the shower.

Great location and nicely decorated. Very fiendly service. Would recommend it. The main problem with this place are the steep stairs leading up to the apt and then once again up to the roof terrace. Definitely not suitable for elderly or handicapped people. Also the kitchen is old & tiny and really impossible to use other than the refrigerator.

is the system of booking.com out of control - it's now the fourth or fifth time that i am entering feedback in the favour of future customers. just did it a couple of minutes ago ... and again a mail to my account to enter feedback ??? just for completion ... fraudulent offer ... nice pictures of big apartments (30-58 m2) ... i ended up in a 12 m2 room with a view to the backyard walls!

Location Unfortunately the lights didn’t work on the terrace… so we were not able to enjoy that space in the evening and the kitchen needs some upgrades

Beautiful setting and close to all sights and railway station. Friendly staff. Somewhat noisy in the evening from the restaurant below.
