There's no cleaning service; everything is paid for, not even cleaning supplies for your own room. They also tell you there's parking, but there isn't. They only have one parking space for one car inside the building. The only good things are the location and the owner, who was very nice. There are no towels; everything is for a price.

The rooms are basic, but large, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The street is nice and quiet and the room gets really dark with automatic shutters. There’s only ONE parking spot inside the building for the five rooms. So be sure to book it in advance or you’ll have to park on the street. The contact with the owner is okay, but he speaks and writes only Italian, so a bit difficult to follow up on things when constantly having to translate. Would be nice if he sends things in English. Small shower, hit myself constantly in there. The bed has big dents, so only one sleeping position is possible. It’s a b&b (how??) but no kitchen, no breakfast option nor even a tea kettle or coffee maker. You have to pay by bank transfer, which I found quite inconvenient.

A very basic accommodation. Just a room. I would say empty. A bed, a table and a chair. No kettle. The bed linek was clean but rather shabby, with holes. In the bathroom there was lomg dark hair on the floor. The toilet seat was broken. We stayed in Lecce in February and the room was freezing when we got in. The shower was rather small and just next to the toilet.

Location was excellent. You can walk to all the sites. There are stores, restaurants, bars close by. Place was clean. Liked the balcony. We requested parking when we booked and again several days later to be sure we had it. When we arrived someone else had the parking and owner said she did not get request. I checked booking and saw both requests. We had to park on the street and feed the meter. We were lucky to get a spot. Another car scratched our bumper while we were parked there. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more. Place was very sterile, no pictures on the wall and no extras. Never met owner and had limited communication.

Very tiny shower. I'm small and petite and was already hitting myself in the shower. Mattress was ok but not the most comfortable.

Excellent communication, easy check-in and departure. Lovely room with 2 balconies! Very quiet and very comfortable.
