The location is great and the staff (Alessandro at reception and Rafaella at breakfast) went out of their way to make you feel at home The AC was really weak and made a terrible noise However, we told Alessandro and he offered to switch rooms immediately or if it was possible we stayed and maintenance would come in the morning to fix it.

We were looking for a centrally located hotel as a launching point for day trips to the west and east coast beaches. This B&B met our needs quite comfortably. Everything was as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and aimed to make breakfast enjoyable on the roof top deck. The location is convenient to walk to the Old Town and shops. Those who stay here just have to have their expectations properly set that the rooms are up several flights of stairs (but they were manageable), and that the balcony did not offer much of a view. Price felt fair for what was offered. Have good earplugs with you and all is fine.

Everything, starting with Elisa’s warm welcome. The place is in the best location to explore Il Centro Storico. The rooms are clean and very well equipped, with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff very friendly. I do not leave such glorious reviews when it is not deserved. Well done Ilice B&B Fantastic B&B. Best place to stay in Lecce

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The hosts were kind and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Communication with Moreno was excellent. The economy room was spacious and very clean. Although it is not located in the old town, you are a 2 minute walk away. Overall, a very nice two night stay. The breakfast is served and was quite good and Moreno inquired as to our tastes. We prefer a buffet type of breakfast so this is a small point.

Central location, quiet, and very comfy beds.

We had a terrific stay. The room was spacious, clean, right by city center and attractions and lovely. We were personally welcomed and oriented including very helpful recommendations on how to enjoy and navigate the city. Breakfast was wonderful and based on our choices. Overall a great stay and value!

Close to historic sights. Elisa was waiting for us on arrival and made sure we had all we needed. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast upstairs in sunroom was delightful and plentiful, with a chance to meet other travelers.

It was a great journey with the great hotel. The breakfast was lovely, room was clean and comfortable, location was central. I really like the room and staff. İ personally also thank Elisa for all help! If I come to Lecce again, I would come to here.

Four guest rooms and a rooftop terrace  at  this B&B.   Old was made modern, a good location, hospitable property manager and staff, upscale rooms, and an upgraded continental breakfast included. All was good. Would stay here again, and Lecce is worth a visit.  Try Most of the time, staff is not physically there, so arranging a check-in time is crucial. You communicate your desired check-in time with the property manager a day or so before arrival. It is important to do so. You are met at the property to gain access and check-in. Foe me, it was mainly done via Booking.com messaging and WhatsApp.   A fast food place nearby has free WiFi,  for a WhatsApp call if needed. Am attaching a breakfast offering picture.  I prefer salado to dulce.  I was offered a choice.  Breakfast was pleasant on the enclosed part of the rooftop terrace. Overall property pictures are consistant with what I saw.  Individual room pictures shown on the site are similar, but do differ from what I had/saw.

The room was nice and clean, located just outside the historical part of Lecce. It had a large bathroom, with necessary supplies. A coffee machine is available in the room. The host was nice, providing lots of useful information. As we had to leave early, we were happy to receive some sandwiches to go, instead of the included breakfast. -

Elisa is quite a good kind girl. Girl make breakfast is very helping. She waited me so long until I arrived at 1 am.

Large portion of breakfast. Young lady wwho checked us in was extremely helpful even carried my suitcase up 48 steps would not take no for an answer! even after i explained she could hurt her back!. Unfortunately i have forgotten her name but was from Germany. Maybe Francesca? Her customer service skills are excellent. The staircase is extremely diffitcult for older people to carry bags and also parking is difficult unless you pay 20euros per day.
