very close to the city center The bathroom had a musty smell, and there was noticeable dust, so it didn't feel as clean as expected. The shower door also leaked, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Since it's a B&B, the front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Check-in is only available during designated hours, and there is no staff available after 9:00 PM. Finding the property and parking was also challenging because it's located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), making arrival more complicated than anticipated.

Amazing place. Really helpfull staff. Delicious breakfast. Located just at oldtown. Staff recommended really good restaurants i really appreciated it. Design, facilities all are awesome. Car park is just 3-4 min walking away its easy to find places available on street. Dont miss Jacuzzi experince at the garden Nothing at all

Everything… the beautiful rooms with so much charm and every amenity, location, the beautiful terrace, where you felt like you were in your own private charming garden, the wonderful kind and gracious staff, the homemade breads, cakes and treats, the delicious breakfast. I stayed there five years ago and it was just as amazing now. I love an highly recommend this property.. Not a thing I absolutely love and adore this property

Everything about the property is lovely! The staff is lovely and go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay! There is a beautiful peaceful patio to sit outside and enjoy the sun and bird song. There is a very nice breakfast offered each morning. The atmosphere of the hotel is very soothing and the artwork and ceramics in each area very much reflect the region! We have no complaints at all!

Understated and chic. No fussy furnishings and window dressings. Calm, quiet colors with thoughtful , hip design. I stayed one week. It felt like I was a guest at a good friend’s residence rather than a hotel visitor. The staff can’t do enough for you. You need to have the right room.

The property had its own cisterns that were used to display history and artifacts. Very interesting. The owner greeted us and suggested places to visit- we did and they were great. The rooms were delightful. Breakfast was among the best we have had in Italy. The staff was really helpful with parking our car and getting back and forth from the car park. More light in our bathroom - a bit dark for makeup.

The property is gorgeous! It’s located a short walk to all the sites but on a very quiet and peaceful street. It’s beautifully decorated and there’s thoughtful touches throughout (i.e. complimentary cookies and drinks, bath salts for the tub, and restaurants recommendations). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the communal terrace was a great place to relax in the sun. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was all very kind and helpful! Highly recommend! N/A

Just all around a beautiful property. The courtyard garden looks just like the photo, my room had high vaulted ceilings, the breakfast room is delightful and stocked with delicious food prepared by the nicest women ever. Thank you to Marlena, Anna and Anna. I can’t think of anything other than the difficulty of parking in the historic district, but the EasyPark app solve that

Staff was extremely nice, lovely breakfast, comfortable bed Suite on the ground floor without a real window and a little bit noisy; room and breakfast room were very chilly (pre-heating would have been nice as it was quite cold during our stay)
