Palazzo Massari Rooms

Emma, the host was wonderfully kind and accommodating. She let me check in early, in line with my arriving train. That helped me make the most of my time in Lecce. The building is just outside the old town, but very close to the train station. Since I had several heavy bags, staying close to the station was a priority. Also, the building has a well functioning elevator, AC units in rooms, and ample space in the apartments. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Fantastic room, ideally located just a block or so directly in from train station; a few blocks more, and you're in old town. Outstanding communication with Emma, clear and timely entry instructions. Beautifully clean place thoughtfully prepared with the bottle opener you'll need for that Pugliese wine. TV with lots of channels (italiano), excellent heat, hot water. Back face of building very secure and quiet at night. Excellent wifi.

Emma was the most accommodating host we have ever met. She is friendly very helpful and very easy to talk to. We will come back again to her place. We give her 10!

Very clean and spacious apartment, conveniently located being 2 minutes away from Lecce Station and just a short walk to the Old Town.

Comfortable spacious room in very good condition. Mini hotel with super helpful manager. Location is excellent -- 3 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the historical center. There are some exposed wires by a switch than need attention.

The location of the accomodation is great, near the station and the old town. The woman who welcomed us is very lovely and helpful. The accomodation is spacious and clean. The shower cabin has no shelves, so you have to put everything on the floor. The lighting in the room was little low, and we expected to have more than one glass in the room booked for two.

The hostess was wonderful and helpful. Everything was great, there was an elevator in the property, all the equipment worked just fine, and parking was easy to find near by.

Dim, not enough bathroom items (shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper), only 1 outlet in the room and 1 in bathroom, WiFi is poor

Emma is an incredible host. She is very fast to communicate and she is very accommodating. The place is in a great location—we appreciated being so close to the train station and the Old Town. Our room was very clean and had so much space. The towels could be upgraded as they are quite worn but they are very clean.

The location is top notch, the rooms are clean and spacious but most of all the host Emma is amazing, she was always there for breakfast and made sure to have a chat. She is super kind and sweet! The breakfast option are very wide, loads of different local pastries, bread and yoghurts. We could park in front of the B&B almost free of charge. If we come back to Lecce we will definitely stay here again!

It was a short walk to the city centre! Also it was very clean and the breakfast consisted of coffee, many types of croissants , fruit and cheese! Also Emma the host was Fantastic! She was very helpful and wonderful! N/a
