Everything was perfect! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better quality to price ratio hotel even if I tried The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer

Good location, looks good also. Breakfast it’s out of the room and I found out at the checkin only. No lights at the stairs at night. The entrance smelled mold. The blackout doesn’t really blackout. The mattress are divided in 2.

The hot water kettle was old. I asked for a new one and the owner just said "we don't have another". That is not the correct answer. You should buy another one and replace the old unusable kettle. This is good service.

The hot water kettle needs to be replaced. I stayed in multiple rooms and all the kettles need to be replaced. They are flaking white stuff into the water. I asked for a new one and the response was "we don't have another one". I stayed for a total 10 nights. For the price of $400+/- for 10 nights, a new kettle should have been bought.

Noce and comfortable, very happy about the overall experience. I arrived late and no one told me I needed a code to get in. No one was there either (they knew I was arriving late), so I waited there in the middle of the street for about 10 min. Then l called them and finally answered. Lecce is a nice and amazing town so no danger at all but of it wasn’t like that I could have been in trouble. Also, on booking it stated that was a shuffle from airport but there wasn’t. So I would say to improve on communication.

Bright and spacious. Great facility in a good location. Close enough to centro storico main attraction. Coffee in the room. Also it is just 1/2 block from a lovely trattoria + pizza. Delicious with friendly staff. Breakfast included at cafe, the server was initially confused. All was fine, but to simplify, the bnb owners might consider leaving a business card for sybar with writing colazione cornetto & cafe. The guest could just hand it over.

A quiet but nice location about twenty minute walk from historical centre. Beautiful luxe contemporary interior and super comfy bed and bathroom. Super clean. Very limited coffee and tea rations in the room. Breakfast was in the cafe round the corner, a bit confusing and embarassing as to what was included. The 'Balcony, Terrace, City view' are virtually non-existent. There was this constant throbbing hum either from heating or air conditioning.

It was a perfect size for one or two travellers. Super clean and really close to everything. I walked everywhere! The bed was really comfortable and the shower actually had some pressure. Provided a good breakfast at the local bar and there were some teas and coffee in the room. Can totally walk from the station, as the walk around Lecce is beautiful! You can walk around all day and night. If you want to use the tv, just note that there are only a handful of local channels and nothing else.

A very clean, comfortable apartment fitted out in a modern contemporary style inside within a lovely traditional Leccese building. Very centrally located. The breakfast was amazing and the baristas were very welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here.
