First off, the whole place is very, very clean, with white bed linen and towels. The building is also very well maintained, and it always smells clean. Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the railway stop, our room (room Irene) had a kitchenette (we only used it for making coffee in the early morning) with a balcony, and a full shower room with very good water pressure. Efficient air conditioning, cosy room, quiet building. Climbing two flights of white marble stairs was ok for us. The communication with Alessandro was very good, he really took a keen interest to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There are some convenience stores at the ground level, and the city center is literally round the corner. Breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe, but beware, in case you’re not familiar, Italian breakfast means a (sweet) croissant and coffee.

Disclaimer: Our visit was during the off season (February). There are also several different rooms that are rented by the same host on said location, so we can only comment on the one we got. Starting with the check in, the host was prompt to provide us with information about obtaining our keys, on his own initiative, well in advance of our arrival. The room was huge, essentially an entire apartment, two separate spaces, the one also housing the kitchen. The bathroom was also very spacious, recently renovated and absolutely spotless. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooking pots/skillets, utensils, kettle and traditional coffee maker and even sported a full scale gas stove. The entire residence was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location is excellent. You are situated very close to the train station (ideal if you are using Lecce as your main hub for exploring the Puglia region) and the historic center is within short walking distance. Mazzini square, essentially the center of the new town, is also near. We had no issues with noise (again, your mileage may vary depending on when you visit). If there is one thing missing, it’s a knife that actually cuts. For the price of the room, this is an absolute bargain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Had a great stay, close to the old city. The room was nice and big. The wifi was a little spotty at times, could have been the weather as the host stated. The host was very blunt and coupons were provided to the cafe downstairs. The service was again cold, but at least it was something to eat and the food was good. Good for a very basic stay. Spotty wifi, no lift and noisy halls. The place was lacking some simple touches like some water on arrival, coffee. A warmer welcome from the host. We are after all on vacation.

The location of this B&B was great for me. Lecce is a small city so it's 5 min away from the city center. The flat was nice, it had everything I needed. Sonia, who received me, was very kind, attentive and friendly. She gave me a great welcome. The breakfast was very good in a little cafe downstairs (it is not a big breakfast, but a small one, but it is more than enough) I cannot think of anything :)

walking distance to the old town. easy parking. apartment was smelling tobacco. also there was heavy work ongoing in next door’s apartment with clear notice on their door. there was drilling in our wall daily from as early as 7am. I wish the property had informed us prior to our trip. hot water enough for 1 shower at a time. we left early and found an alternative accommodation.

The location was quite good because it was at the center of the town. The apartment was really dirty and inconvenient. The bathroom was very small and the sink was tiny. The whole apartment was small and it had nothing to do with the photos in the site. The bed sheets were ripped and not so clean. The kitchen was awful; we didn't want to go in because everything was so dirty. The apartment and the hall had an unbearable smell. At last, the breakfast served at Rocky Bar was limited up to a cup of coffee and one croissant or one brioche and the photos in the site didn't show how the bar actually is. The fact that the apartment was so awful didn't let us enjoy the beautiful town of Lecce and we now feel that our money has been spent on something that wasn't worth it.

The location is great, is near everything. The place is very decent for the money and very clean, which is the most important. I've seen 4 star hotels that look worse. The host is very helpful and nice. The shower was leaking water all over the bathroom and there was no mop to clean up the water or clean up in the room. The TV was extra small but we didn't use it very much.

Location of the apartment is the best. You can park on the street in front of the apartment. In the afternoon there was a lot of space but in the evening it is impossible to park your car. The area felt safe. The apartment was very big, clean and comfortable. There is a small breakfast which is served in the cafe downstairs, but the coffee isn't too good. It surprised me that we had to pay a tax, because it was not mentioned. So keep in mind that you have to pay additional 2,5 eur per day per person.
