Nice staff Horrible tired dirty bathroom - you clearly haven’t invested. It isn’t the chambermaid’s fault its management.

The location was good and I liked the access to gym/pool and breakfast The gym was dated - one of the rowers wasn’t working and the battery pack was exposed. There was a lot of dust in the corner of our room next to the fridge which wasn’t appealing.

Staff were awesome anything to help not a problem The fact that I stayed two nights and payed £55 less than 1st night yet I had breakfast included on 1st morning but breakfast was not included on 2nd morning the more expensive night

Yasser - a brilliant welcome! Breakfast was amazing too, great staff. If you book a sofabed room for three people (Inc a 13 year old) then tea and coffee facilities should be provided for three people. Additionally, extra pillows should be provided rather than simply take one from the double bed.
