Loved the Location. Nice quality rooms. The staff were always helpful. And the breakfast was really nice. Nothing bad to say.

The location is great and so is the view from the room. It’s a big hotel with multiple bars so there is always plenty to do I specifically requested a room away from the elevators weeks before , when I checked in, they confirmed the request.. however, my room was right next to the elevator and they weren’t able to provide me with an alternative..

Very central location, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Bed & bedding comfortable and good quality. Breakfast was good but no more than that. Poached eggs overcooked more than once and sausages always overcooked.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out the staff were so welcoming & friendly. The hotel room decor was stunning as was the view we had from our room. We went to the sky bar and our server Lee was great, he was funny & accomodating, there was a dj on playing a great selection of music which we all really enjoyed.

The service was great as usual from the staff. The facilities were clean and tidy. The menu has changed since the last time i stayed at the hotel, there are fewer options compared to fhe previous menu. It would be nice if they could use the previous menu to give customers more options.

Lovely location,love the parking ,very comfy bed. Did have to go to shop for milk to have a brew what was in the room only did one brew lol ,we like two soon as we wake at 6am .But suppose that's just our ways and routine.
