Great quality for the price and close to Barber. Can’t beat it!

I was most impressed by the friendliness and patience of the front desk clerk the night we checked in. She provided extra bedding and towels for our large group and treated my young children with kindness and respect. I don't remember her name, but I hope her hospitable way of interacting with customers is noticed by hotel management and amply rewarded!

The room was loud and shower water was cold. The room was only moderately maintained. The staff was unhelpful when asking about the water issue. I expected better from a HIX.

Was quite despite being near Interstate. Elevator was real fast, new type luggage card were an upgrade & facility appeared to fairly new.

Clean room and helpful staff. Parking area was easy and the breakfast was excellent. I will be staying here again. Comfortable beds.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the maids were very friendly and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again.

We stay here each time we travel through to NC and we have never had any issues. The check-in has always been quick and the room is always clean. Breakfast is really good with a lot of options!

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and breakfast was great. The only problem was the swimming pool, which was outdoors, and a filter was blocked so it was not a very clean pool. We reported it to the front desk and maintenance was called, so they seem to be responsive.
