Very central, reasonable value. Too noisy. Above a bar, music till 3am. Earplugs supplied, useless. Ideal for the gay community.

Nothing! No AC No fridge. Poor soundproofing. Train noise. Sounds coming from the bar into 04.30am!!! Tas an absolute nightmare!

Centrally located in Leeds, only 5 minutes away from the station. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Spacious. Checking in and out was easy. Great value. The street outside was noisy, but that’s not the fault of the hotel or anyone who works there.

Absolutely spot on room. All facilities were working fully and shower was very hot which is excellent to see. Nothing at all wrong with this property. However we completely forgot about check-out for 10am due to the fact we booked very much within hours of arrival. Woke up from a few drinks in Leeds city centre however staff here were amazing and were no bother so we swiftly gathered everything and left as quickly as possible so others can get into the room for use later that day
