Location is the best in a town! Front desk customer service was excellent A++++.

It’s very well connected to stores and I love the scenery from our hotel It could be more cleaner

Only the location was good. But very limited parking spaces. Air condittion unit was not working. Room advertised as superior but some of them have balconies others not. These should be categorised and have different prices at least, and not profiling the customers and randomly giving out rooms. Also the photos should be accurate for each room category. We changed 2 rooms and none of them is as shown on the photos. So , they were misleading and manipulative. Cleaniless also seems to be an issue in this hotel. Hair on the toilet seat, cracked walls with asbestos pouring out, broken windows. If not for the air-con the receptionist had no intention of helping us. When we politely stated our issues as soon as possible the answer was immediately "the hotel is full" , but after the air-con issue, another room was "magically" available. Overall bad experience. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.

Nice staff who let me keep my luggage secure until check-in. Great location to wander around all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was advertised as "on the beach", when in fact there is no beach in Lefkada town. There is a nice view of water from the balcony, but the actual beach (pebble beach with no facilities) was about a mile walk over the bridge.

We had travelled from Poland and were fairly exhausted when we arrived. The hotel and room was extremely clean and fresh. What was good there was a kettle in the room so you could make your own tea or coffee without worrying staff. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food to choose from and the woman chef was lovely. We enjoyed our stay....many thanks ?. Couldn't find anything to fault! Sorry.

The only dislike was that there is no parking, especially for handicapped persons. The handicap parking is at the neighboring hotel and not available for the real handicapped person, not one vehicle parked there had a handicapped sign on their car.

There is not hot water for shower, and a lot of dust

Location An old not maintained property, Shouldn't be rated more than 2 Stars Dirty Towels, Dirty Bed, Very Week WIFI, and if you close the door of the room or sit out at the balcony, forget about the WIFI FRIDGE NOT WORKING, Bathroom drainage problem, No face tissue and forget to find a parking near-by

Super good location and very modern rooms. Staff was friendly and bed was comfy. all good

Convenient and close to the Marina. Also good value for money. A bit too rusty. Only one elevator and too slow.

Had a great overnight stay the hotel lefkas and I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. The location is great, the hotel clean and very comfortable and the staff are helpful as well. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Bathrooms. Shower stall had no door. No light in the toilet area.

Central , great view Balcony was dirty , very basic

The beds were very comfortable. 1. It was not clear from the property description how little and difficult the parking was. There was never parking available within a reasonable walk nearby. 2. There were numerous bugs in our room that appeared to be coming from the shower drain and from the unsealed space between the shower base and the shower walls. I killed a dozen bugs in 3 nights. 3. Breakfast choices were adequate but the quality lacked. All food items were never hot, in fact usually cold, even when we came to breakfast as it opened. 4. Daily cleaning was too limited. Our toilet area was not adequately cleaned one day.

Excellent, convenient location! A short three minute walk from the port. Excellent view of the water and sunsets! Room was clean, simple had a refrigerator. The terrace was super cute to sit on and stare at the water view!
