Lefkada Center Apartments

Good location, large apartment, sweet cleaning lady, washer Old, outdated, half the things are broken, beds hard as rocks, WiFi never worked, daily asked for and it was never fixed, commode was running nonstop, doors sticking not closing, support staff invisible. Kept asking for assistance with the property and either no answer or a vague answer a day later. They provided numbers to call, we reached out through text and phone calls but never got an answer. So many bad things with this place.

Yes, Wi-Fi exists – but only theoretically. It works so rarely that it’s hard to say it actually exists.

Great location, spacious, has everything you need. We were a bit suspicious because of all the negative comments, but we ended up quite satisfied. The only problem we had was slow communication with the host, so in case you write him any messages through booking, expect a slow reply.

Sofa was old, kitchen was dirty, needs to be renovated.

Leaky toilet No where to hang washing Lights not working Smelly Ensuite was in a slopping roof , no good if u are taller than 5'2 No mention of no lift,

Fridge didn't work (short of gas), light not working in kitchen, toilet down stairs with no seat and leaked when flushed all over the floor, air conditioners not cleaned, no clothes airer to hang washing, lounge musty and made downstairs area smell.musty, upstairs must and stank, towels threadbear, no smoke detectors,. There is no mention of no elevator

Location was convenient No water !! Evidently it’s a common occurrence and we were not warned . So no water to flush toilets or shower, just plastic bottles left about the apartment of water to use to wash and not enough to flush any toilets. Apartment in poor condition and obviously never enough water to clean it well. Cleaner was very apologetic and did her best with the situation.

The place was dirty, the sheets were yellow and were a lot of hair from different people around the place. The shower curtain was moldy. There is not parking, we spent a lot of time to find parking close to the apartment. The WiFi and the fridge weren't working and a lot of things were broken like the sofa, doors.....

1. It's really close to the downtown. 2. The place was clean. 1. The AC was not working in one of the rooms, and the host offered to send the cleaning lady over to check even though they were aware of the issue beforehand. 2. The big fridge did not work, and we were forced to use the mini-fridge, which was too small for multiple people. 3. Some of the doors were not properly closing all the way. 4. The electricity panel had some issues. It went out of power when we tried to shower while also using the hair dryer. 5. The host was not willing to provide an invoice when requested.

Great value for money, good location. We booked as we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before a late flight, and this was ideal. Basic, but clean and comfortable. No complaints
