Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and good breakfast

Great location, everything you could need on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Smaller size rooms and could be noisy at night (not the hotels fault but more the other guests!)

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. location is good and 10 mins walk to beach. staff are all friendly. we requested for extra bed in the e mail and it was arranged as soon as we arrived. breakfast was good though limited with one indian dish every day. the bathrooms were smelly sometimes

The location was amazing,we were there with my family and asked to have rooms close together,they were next door and oppisite both of those rooms.couldny ask for any closer,so thank you the breakfast could of had more variety but was still good

Staff was excellent. Took the cooking class, which was GREAT! Chris and Ryan(?} made it exceptional. Very comfortable bed.

Just a good location The first time at bali and we had plan to countdown in here that was terrible‼️ we booked for 2 nights and changed the room 3 rooms all of them had freaking shit 1st room no. 509 had a smoke and smell of cigarette ? we can’t sleep as well and smell stuck on our clothes. 2nd room no.521 they gave the key card but!!!! The wrong one there had customer in the room . Shame it!! 3th room no.501 the shower room the tube was clogged water gonna flooded on the floor and outside our room , we moved to another room at 1 am. that true !!!! Midnight and nightmare, last room no. 529 was pretty good thank god . If u really need to get experience seem like us pls booking right now . God bless u .

This is a newish hotel very close to Jl Melasti, for location behind the Pullman on the waterfront. The pool was a good size, breakfast great as a selection to choose from and beds comfy. Staff lovely! Location, location - very close to Garlic Lane but down a gang/alleyway off Jl Melasti so quiet. Convenience stores in the alleyway and close to everything! Cocktails good. Paid for extra half day to stay until 6pm. Considering this, thought room could have been refreshed with water but wasn’t. Staff were lovely tho.

Nadi Hotel Legian provides an excellent location close to all amenities, offers great facilities, provides outstanding value for money, and highly recommended for couples, groups and families. The buffet breakfast provides bang for buck. Nothing major - but the hand wash was empty. Also the jet spray in the toilet was broken.

location distance from airport We had booked connecting rooms, however there weren't any available on arrival. We were only staying one night as we arrived late, so as a family, we had to separate and stay in different rooms

Toilet seat was not connected to toilet so just lifted off & the fact you couldn’t keep air conditioner on so when you got back to your room to sleep it was extremely hot

Staff does not read requests made with booking. Only one person at the reception is helpful the rest are just there to smile.
